Across the Atlantic Ocean

Halifax, Nova Scotia, Day 1673

It was a cloudy day.

The Canadian army was ready; we all knew it's coming. As the Polish army march across France, finally reaching into the Atlantic shore, we knew it's time for us to strike. Day 1673 of the new world, soldiers across all Canada gathered at Halifax; we sing, we cry, and we ride. Have you seen the Canadian navy stood so well? Aye, it was the first time for me, to smell the winds of ocean, on this water body that people call "Atlantic".

Atlantic Ocean, in the midst of journey

Nothing much had happened on our way; seemed like the ocean had decided to give us peace. Some people began to joke about the upcoming battle; excitement, curiosity, and perhaps anxiety was in the air, but certainly not fear. The veteran soldiers shook their head; memories of battles with UK, the last time that the Canadian navy sailed across the Atlantic, was still fresh in the minds of some of us.

Nante, Pays de la Loire, Day 1673

We arrived in the middle of night. Our ships approached ashore, but yet the expected resistance were not present. Soldiers advanced into the city, with very little or no resistance. Was it a surprise? We looked at each other, and start to search the city suspiciously; not much was found, with very little or no Polish presence, until the news of Aquitaine fallen arrived.

The Polish army had left; they have sent all their army south, into Aquitaine. The Polish army surrounded the city of Bordeaux, and captured it into their hands. It is perhaps only a matter of time before they come, to the Continent of North America.

Well, perhaps they are not that much in a rush; the Polish army, after securing the coast, turned back inland. In Limousin, the city of Limoges is now under Siege. Hearing this news, the Canadian army had decided to marched south.

What fate would we meet there?
