Good evening, Switzerland.

Allow me first to apologize for this interruption. I do, like many of you, appreciate the comforts of every day routine, the security of the familiar, the tranquility of repetition. I enjoy them as much as any bloke. But in a spirit of commemoration, thereby those important events of the past usually associated with someone's death or the end of some awful bloody struggle, a celebration of a nice holiday, I thought we could mark this January the 3rd, by taking some time out of our daily lives to sit down and have a little chat. There are of course those who do not want us to speak, and by that I mean those that feed you with lies on a daily basis, the Shaolins.

Why? Because while propaganda may be used in lieu of conversation, true words will always retain their power. Words offer the means to meaning, and for those who will listen, the enunciation of truth. And the truth is, there is something terribly wrong with this country, isn't there? Injustice, intolerance and oppression. And where once you had the freedom to object, to think and speak as you saw fit, you now have propaganda and lies coercing your conformity and soliciting your submission.

How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror. I know why you did it. I know they seemed to have good intentions. There were a myriad of problems which conspired to corrupt your reason and rob you of your common sense. Fear got the best of you, and in your panic you turned to those who offered simple solutions to complex questions. Those who sought only to trick you into trusting them.

My hope is to remind the world that fairness, justice, and freedom are more than words, they are perspectives. So if you've seen nothing, if the crimes of this group of terrorists remain unknown to you then I would suggest you allow the 5th of January to pass unmarked. But if you see what I see, if you feel as I feel, and if you would seek as I seek, to free this country, then I ask you to stand beside me at the elections, to vote for me, to show them who's in charge, and together we shall give them a 5th of January that shall never, ever be forgot.

Bonsoir à toutes et à tous.

Permettez-moi tout d’abord de vous présenter mes excuses pour cette interruption. J’aime, comme beaucoup d’entre vous le confort du train-train quotidien, le sentiment de sécurité et la tranquillité que procure ce qui est familier et répétitif. Je les apprécie, comme tout à chacun. Mais dans un esprit de commémoration qui prévoit que les évènements importants du passé, habituellement associés à la mort d’un individu, ou à la fin de quelque horrible bataille, soit célébré par de sympathiques congés, j’ai pensé que nous pourrions célébrer ce 3 Janvier, en consacrant un court instant de notre vie quotidienne à nous asseoir et à bavarder un peu.Il existe bien sûr des personnes qui ne veulent pas que nous parlions, et par cela j'entends ceux qui vous racontent des mensonges tout les jours, les Shaolins.

Pourquoi ? Parce que même si l’on peut substituer la matraque à la conversation, les mots conserveront toujours leur pouvoir. Les mots sont le support de la compréhension et pour ceux qui les écouteront l’énonciation de la vérité. Et la vérité c’est que quelque chose va très mal dans ce pays, n’est ce pas ?
Cruauté et injustice. Intolérance et oppression. Et la où, auparavant, vous aviez la liberté de faire des objections, de parler comme bon vous semblait, vous avez maintenant de la propagande et des mensonges vous contraignants à la conformité et sollicitant votre docilité.

Comment est-ce arrivé ? Qui est à blâmer ? Bien sûr, il y a ceux qui sont plus responsables que les autres et qui devront en rendre compte mais... Encore dans un souci de vérité, si vous cherchez un coupable, regardez simplement dans un miroir.
Je sais pourquoi vous l’avez fait. Ils semblaient avoir de si bonnes intentions. Il y avait une myriade de problèmes qui ont contribué à perturber votre jugement et à vous priver de votre bon sens. La peur a pris ce qu’il y a de meilleur en vous. Et dans votre panique vous vous êtes tourné vers ceux qui offraient des réponses simples à des questions complexes. Ceux qui se sont éfforcés de vous tromper pour gagner votre confiance.

Je voudrais rappeler au monde qu’impartialité, justice et liberté sont plus que des mots, ce sont des principes. Alors si vous n’avez rien vu, si vous ignorez toujours les crimes de ce groupe de terroristes, je vous suggère de ne rien faire le 5 Janvier. Mais si vous voyez ce que je vois, si vous ressentez ce que je ressens, si vous désirez ce que je désire, alors rangez vous à mes côtés aux élections, et ensemble, nous leurs offrirons un 5 Janvier qui resteras gravé à jamais dans les mémoires !!

La Suisse Vaincra !
