A Tough Decision

Day 807, 22:41 Published in Australia Australia by Darth Spader

For the past 2 weeks or so I have been thinking to myself. Do I belong in the senate? Do I belong in the Military? Should I do both, or just 1? As you can see, I've been doing some serious thinking about my eRepublik life and where it will be heading in the future.

The Senate

I enjoy Politics and I'm currently serving my second term in the senate and I don't think I'm using my full potential within the senate. I sometimes discuss senate issues but most of the time, I don't. I usually just sit back and read the debate as my question or issue had already been asked or solved.

If I choose to stay in politics, I aim to bring out my full potential and actually make my presence in the senate felt.

Military

I also enjoy being in the military. I'm currently serving in ACUK. Being a senator and in the Military at the same time is really frustrating for me in a way. I can't deploy, To me, deploying is the funnest thing to do in the military and being landlocked, I can't do this. I just have to stay home and fight in the wars that Australia are involved in.

If I choose the military option, it means that I will not run as a senator. I will be able to deploy.

If I choose to do both

If I choose this option to be involved in the military and the senate at the same time, I wont be able to deploy and will have to fight in Australia. I will still remain in the senate but I feel that I won't be able to bring out my full potential. I dont really want this to happen.

As you can see I have a tough decision on my hands to choose between Politics and the Military. I will think about it for a while and have my decision soon. Thanks for your time 😃

This article does not effect me in anyway if I am a cabinet minister.
