Join the new world

Because I have not put out an article in some time, this one is going to be an edition were all of the news is very, very old. You WILL, if you have even looked at the map in the past century, know almost all of it. If I am to do the up to date news I will have to put out all of the old news so I have something to compare it with. If you feel like you already know all of it, just vote for it and go on to the other, more important things in eRep.

Austria

Austria have formed a pact with Poland so they can remain on the map for longer than one day. This was created some time ago, and Austria doesn't appear to have done anything else. When that expired they decided to make a couple MPP's with Hungary and Sweden.

Belgium

As always, they manage to make themselves as uninteresting as possible, and have yet again succeeded.

France

France has slowly worked it's way back to it's former power. Still the upper half of the country remains under Polish control, but maybe for not very much longer.

Germany

Well, they aren't on the map, and it is hard to in-vision them all of a sudden shedding off their Polish invaders. Maybe they will be bailed out by TEDEN, or maybe not. Hard to say in the weird and wacky politics of eRepublik.

Ireland

Ireland is working with Canada to try to take eUK. They have managed to take down London for a short bit which, despite the fact that the United Kingdom is not formally part of an alliance, is still an accomplishment. That was the first time in history that London fell. Right now Ireland has taken Wales, and Canada has four other separate regions.

Italy

There is not much one can say about the situation for in Italy. It's just so confusing. Italy is in part held by Croatia, which is a member of EDEN, as well Italy. The other part is held by Slovenia, which makes a lot more sense considering Slovenia is pro-ONE. Than there is Apulia, which has constantly changed hands for sometime, right now residing with Montenegro. Likely Croatia has made a land swap with Italy for the time being.

The Netherlands

Well, that's done.

Portugal

Portugal owned a good portion of Venezuela, which has been the RW'ed the heck out of and now consists of only two regions.

Spain

Spain has had some retaliation problems. The USA has bit back and is now romping, please excuse the epithet, through Spain. They are currently putting up a siege of Madrid(not that siege tactics apply to eRepublik).When will the attack end?

Switzerland

We have recently take Deutschschweiz, which is being attacked by Slovenia. Another RW has sprung up in Romandie, we were winning at the time that I published this newspaper.

Sorry, no pictures this time. Since I'm mainly doing catch up there really was no point in it.
