A Perilous Time Indeed

Day 432, 12:50 Published in Japan China by Modelcon

My Fellow eJapanese,

This is a great time of upheaval, and with it, we need to be more attentive and open. I shall list the various incidents basically chronologically:

1) The Gold Crisis: A couple of people (supposedly Spaniards and Romanians) exploited a giant flaw in the programming. They generated millions of pieces of gold and spread it around to a couple of hundreds of individuals. When most companies cost less than 50 gold to buy, and screenshots show that several hundreds of thousands of gold are bouncing around in multiple accounts, ordinary folk like myself are bound to get angry and bitter. Thankfully, we have most things under control now.

2) The Flood of Banning Incident: Admins were tired of multies and other violators of their "charter." I guess with some fancy algorithms, they found a list of people who can possibly be using multies (such as having the same password in 5 accounts stemming from the same IP addresses), many, many people were banned. Scores of people from every country got axxed, including my personal friend Denser123 (who swore he was not multying) and personal enemies, such as Balash, who I called to be burned alive. I like the Admin's attitude that cheating must stop, but but their blanket accusations are bound to cross foul some honest players.

3) The Incredible Stupidity of the Admins Incident: Most people will recall that a few days ago, the admins instituted some wide scale reforms, which included making trivia flash based, making comments reverse-chronological and showing us forfeit points, all of which found in my previous article. These changes were PANNED by most of the community, which is why the admins closed of eRepublik for a whole day to fix their sorry mistakes.

This is why I’m asking all Japanese citizens to be careful. Speaking as your Attorney General, and a member of Akki's Cabinet, I urge all Japanese citizens to avoid using multies or to toy with ill-gotten money. It's sad to see Japanese be banned. This is a time where the admins are feeling especially fickle, and we need to stay strong to their tests. If Japan can weather through an economic crisis, foreign control and severe downturns, we can get through this. Time shall reward the worthy, and there is no one more worthy than my fellow Japanese. Please subscribe to get further updates from your Attorney General.

May the glorious motherland triumph!
