Join the new world

This document should outline some goals of our party and the route we are currently following. Of course it isn’t as detailed as a party program and also should not serve as one, but it might give others an idea of the great old party of eAustria.
First of all the our name, it is the first part of a quote of Kurt Schuschnigg, the last federal chancellor of independent Austria in 1938: "Rot Weiss Rot bis in den Tod" ("Red White Red until death&quot😉. Unfortunately he failed to execute his promise - a failure our party would never make!
Therefore the defence of our nation and the preservation of our territorial integrity and our national sovereignty is the highest objective of our party. In this spirit we especially endorse the work of the current government regarding the organisation of our national defence force. We urge every citizen of eAustria to enlist now in the eAustrian army.

Bilingual eAustria

A strong, independent eAustria can only be build on a bilingual base, to make sure than every irl Austrian is motivated to stay here and is able to make an contribution to our community. We have already seen steps in the right direction, like the mentoring program and the formation of the APA (a program which I am proud to be the head of). We have to follow this path forcefully and in some time we will see results – higher activity, more citizens and maybe the german speaking minority will turn into the majority.

The economy

We think that the government should only intervene in the economy where it is absolute necessary, for example in the field of the monetary market. There we have seen the ATS deflate from 0.02 gold to 0.018 – a development that is the result of the fact that the eAustrian government uses the Austrian Central Bank to skim the monetary market for gold. But a stable exchange rate is essential for our economy and I have always seen 0.02 gold/ATS as a rather good rate. I think the Austrian Central Bank should reduce their involvement in the monetary market and look for other sources of income – eg, the Congress Tax could provide an stable income of 120 gold/month – in this term only 38 gold have been paid. Therefore the government should make sure that the congress members fulfil their constitutional duties and pay the congress tax.

Foreign policy

Die Rot Weiss Rot Partei has always been pro-PEACE as long as it stuck to its core principles – being a defensive alliance, protecting weaker countries. We are in favour of the possibility to reform our alliance and I’ll be delighted to hear of results.
It is essential for us to keep good relations to PHOENIX and EDEN, if such a step isn’t already taken, the government should appoint ambassadors to both of these alliances to assure a communication alternative, which is independent from changes of governments.
Also an observer position in SOL can’t do any harm but will give us more diplomatic opportunities.
In consideration of the fact, that the peace negotiations with eHungary already take extremely long and don’t seem to come to an satisfying result for eAustria, the government might take the possibility to re-open the Austrian Defense System into consideration (or to sell it to a willing private investor), with the aim to install a defense system in Burgenland.

Ein Parteimanifest

Diese Dokument soll einige Ziele unserer Partei und den Weg den wir derzeit folgen zusammenfassen. Natürlich ist es nicht so detailiert wie ein Parteiprogramm und sollte auch nicht als solches dienen, aber es kann anderen eine Überblick der großen alten Partei eÖsterreichs geben.
Zuerst zu unserem Namen, es ist der erste Teil eines Zitats von Kurt Schuschnigg, dem letzten Bundeskanzlers des unabhängigen Österreichs in 1938: „Rot Weiss Rot bis in den Tod“. Leider hat er sein Versprechen nicht eingelöst – ein Fehler die unserer Partei niemals machen würde!
Folglich ist die Verteidigung unserer Nation und die Bewahrung unserer territorialen Integrität und unserer nationalen Souveränität das höchste Ziel unserer Partei. In diesem Sinne begrüßen wir besonders die Arbeit der derzeitigen Regierung, die Organisation unserer nationalen Verteidigungstruppe betreffend. Wir fordern jeden Bürger eÖsterreichs auf sich jetzt für Österreichs Bundesheer zu melden.

Zweisprachiges eÖsterreich

Ein starkes, unabhängiges eÖsterreich kann nur auf einer zweisprachigen Basis verwirklicht werden, um sicherzustellen das jeder irl Österreicher motiviert wird hier zu bleiben und fähig ist einen Beitrag für die Community zu leisten. Wir haben schon Schritte in die richtige Richtung gesehen, wie das Mentoring Programm und die Entstehung der APA (ein Programm, dessen stolzer Leiter ich bin). Wir müssen diesen Pfad konsequent folgen und in einiger Zeit werden wir die Resultate sehen – höhere Aktivität, mehr Bürger und vielleicht wird sich die deutschsprachige Minderheit in die Mehrheit wandeln

Wirtschaft

Wir finden, dass die Regierung nur dort in die Wirtschaft intervenieren sollten, wo es absolut notwendig ist, zum Beispiel in Bereich des Geldmarkts. Dort haben wir gesehen, dass der ATS-Wert von 0.02 Gold zu 0.018 sank – eine Entwicklung die das Resultat der Tatsache ist, dass die eÖsterreichische Regierung die Austrian Central Bank verwendet um Gold vom Geldmarkt abzuschöpfen. Aber ein stabiler Wechselkurs ist essentiell für unsere Wirtschaft und ich habe 0.02 gold/ATS immer als einen guten Kurs gesehen. Ich denke, dass die Austrian Central Bank ihre Beteiligung im Geldmarkt reduzieren sollte um nach anderen Einkommensquellen Ausschau zu halten – zB die Kongresssteuer, die ein stabiles Einkommen von 120 Gold/Monat stellen könnte – in dieser Periode wurden nur 38 Gold bezahlt. Deshalb sollte die Regierung sicherstellen, dass die Kongressmitglieder ihre verfassungsmäßigen Pflichten erfüllen und die Kongresssteuer bezahlen.

Außenpolitik

Die Rot Weiss Rot Partei war immer solange pro-PEACE, solange es bei seinen Kernprinzipien blieb – eine defensive Allianz zu seien, schwächere Länder zu schützen. Wir sind für die Möglichkeit die Allianz zu reformieren und ich werde erfreut sein von Resultaten zu sehen.
Es ist für uns essentiell gute Beziehungen zu PHOENIX und EDEN zu unterhalten, falls ein derartiger Schritt noch nicht gemacht wurde, die Regierung sollte Botschafter für beide dieser Allianzen ernennen um eine Kommunikationsmöglichkeit zu garantieren, die unabhängig von Regierungswechseln ist.
Auch eine Beobachterposition in SOL kann keine Nachteile bringen aber wird uns mehr diplomatische Möglichkeiten werden.
In Anbetracht der Tatsache, das die Friedensverhandlungen mit eUngarn schon extrem lange dauern und zu keinem zufriedenstellenden Ende für eÖsterreich zu kommen scheinen, sollte die Regierung die Möglichkeit in Betracht ziehen, das Austrian Defense System wiederzueröffnen mit dem Ziel ein Verteidigungssystem in Burgenland zu errichten.
