A Movie A Day: Issue #1

Day 3,642, 16:37 Published in USA USA by zanderlex

Welcome to the A MOVIE A DAY series. I go to the movies a lot, and with each issue of this series I'll be talking about a movie that I recently went to see, or other movie related news and events.

A MOVIE A DAY ISSUE #1 11/09/2017 (Day3642)

MoviePass

Anybody hear of the company called MoviePass? They have been around for almost a decade and offer a service where they allow you to see as many movies as you want for a monthly fee.

The fee used to be around $50 a month but back in August it dropped to $10 a month and I took advantage of it. I bought a membership and on October 11th my card arrived and my card was activated.

I lost track, probably saw more than a dozen movies already since then and I love it. I plan on going to the movies 2 to 3 times a week while I am a member, which is where I'll be getting most of the info for this series.

Posters and More

Today there were some cool announcements. First, it was announced that Rian Johnson, the director of The Last Jedi will be creating a brand new Star Wars trilogy that will be released some time in the next decade. New posters were also revealed for the upcoming Black Panther movie, and IMO, they look sick.

Upcoming Movies

I plan on going to see both Murder on the Orient Express and Daddy's Home 2 over the weekend, so before Tuesday, you can expect another issue with thoughts on those movies.

If there's a movie coming out later this year you would like me to review or one that came out since the end of the summer you're interested in hearing a little bit about, let me know in the comments below. I most likely already saw it, or can see it.

Thanks for reading!
