Citizens of the Philippines
Take up your guns, swords, axes, brooms, anything that can be handled like a weapon. It is time for us to go to war. But fear not, this is a training war, but please take advantage of the open battles, as it will provide valuable experience points, battle points, and wellness points to all who take part.
Hospitals
Each region has a hospital, and they can be used to provide free wellness. There is a catch however, a hospital can only be used once a day and only after you have fought. Be wary of this. If you wish to raise your wellness please follow the guide below.
Luzon - Q1 Hospital - 10 Free Wellness
Mindanao - Q1 Hospital - 10 Free Wellness
Palawan - Q1 Hospital - 10 Free Wellness
Visayas - Q4 Hospital - 40 Free Wellness
Wellness Guide
If you are intending to fight regularly, strongly, and with spirit, it will be in your best interest to move to Visayas, which is a Q4 hospital region. Here you will gain 40 wellness by using the hospital.
Beware if you are planning on running for congress in a different region, you will need to move there by the 23/07/09.
If you want to gain wellness from this battle please follow these simple steps.
1. Select the battle and fight.
2. Only fight as low as 60 wellness.
3. Use the hospital and heal yourself.
4. You should now have 100 wellness.
5. Wait until the following day to fight again.
Training War Details
There are two legs to this training war.
1. Malaysia attacks Thailand.
2. Philippines attacks Malaysia.
The first leg of this war will last 24 hours only. Please do not take this to mean that you should over fight. We are trying to hike up the wellness and experience of our citizens, which will in turn increase your productivity and support our economy.
Leg 2 will be on going, however, there may be a short delay between the Malaysia vs Thailand war ending and the Philippines vs Malaysia war beginning. This is due to global events, which are out of our control.
So, hold on to your hats, and start buying some weapons.
We go to war at 12.00 tomorrow.
