Greetings Citizens of the eUnited States!
Especially those who are members of the L.I.B.S.

If you haven't noticed yet....I'm running for Party President of the L.I.B.S.
Some call me a PTO, and in some ways, I am.
However, this is not a matter of PTO's.
This is a Matter of Survival

The Republican Party, led by the notorious Pizza the Hut, has been rapidly gaining on the Dying LIBS. This trend has shown itself to be continuous for the last few weeks. If the Republicans are allowed into the Top 5, our country will be at risk.

Pizza, and his party, have associated themselves with Hungarian PTO'ers in the past. The very same PTO'ers responsible for the downfall of the once great Democratic Republicans, and responsible for the sniping, and thievery of various Congressional seats in our country, on multiple elections.
The entry of the Republicans into the Top 5 will give them a base from which to run their candidates, meaning, they will no longer have to sneak in through holes in the Blocking System.

The eUs will be put in a completely reactionary defensive position.
We will have no means of preventing these people of running, and instead, will have to ensure that each Congressmen run by the Republicans is defeated in their state. And sadly, this is not something that we can do, its simply too many votes, spread out of a huge area of elections.
If the Republicans gain a Top 5 slot, we will lose Congressmen next election.
The very stability of the eUnited States will falter in the face of Phoenix PTO'ers.


That is, unless, I am elected to Revolutionize the LIBS.
I have the means to revitalize the LIBS. I have the means to repopulate the LIBS. I have the means to ensure our domestic stability. All I lack, is the support of our nation.....

Recruitment
First of all, we need to augment the membership of the LIBS to ensure that the Republican Party cannot pass them. My plans regarding this are two fold.
1. Merge the Socialist Freedom Party into the LIBS.
This will allot the membership required to ensure the LIBS hold a Top 5 spot, while also putting in the new active membership to help administrate the new Programs being put in place to increase activity and membership in the LIBS.

2. Put into place a New Recruitment Program, one that has a proven track record of increasing party membership by 250%.
The Recruitment program that is going to be put in place is that of the SFP, which has a proven track record.
The program is three-fol😛
A. Messaging online citizens at regular intervals during the day.
B. Putting in place a new player recruitment and retention program, modeled after the Young Socialists.
C. Regular out of game recruitment, using methods tested by myself, and the REACH program.

The membership boost given by the SFP will be just enough to keep the LIBS in the Top 5 long enough so that these new programs can be put in place, and a stable population of new players can be achieved.


Congressional Elections
Last month, the current LIBS party was unable to fill their full Blockers for the FEC, and instead, had to receive other candidates from the FEC in order to ensure no PTO'ers slipped through. In a party of 600+, its unacceptable that 60 of those members cannot step up and protect their country.
Therefore, I promise that in the event I am elected LIBS PP, I will personally ensure that all states and territories where we are not running legitimate candidates are blocked, to ensure that no PTO'ers get through the LIBS.

In addition to this, I promise to put in place a more effective Congressional Elections Program, complete with incentives and funds to ensure that A. We have the highest possible count of mobile voters that can be achieved in the party, and B. We gain as many Congressional Seats as possible.


Party Programs
Using the new Active populace gained from the Party merging, the following new Programs will be implemented to increase the LIBS activity and effectiveness.
Weekly, or Bi-Weekly, Press Editions.
Weekend Update Messages to the Party.
Mobile Voting Corp
A Party Militia
A New Player Recruitment and Retention Program
A Unified Existing player Recruitment Program


This is necessary for the stability of the eUnited States.
If this merge does not take place, and I am not elected, the possibility of the Republican Party gaining a Top 5 spot will be greatly augmented. The only solution after this would be a National Movement to the LIBS to ensure that it stays in the Top 5, much like the movement that took place in the UIP.

Prevention is better than Reaction.
Prevent the Republicans from gaining a Top 5 spot.
Revitalize the 5th Party.
