A Look at the World: Day 1,581
ultimate523
Greetings my fellow eCanadians, and any foreigners reading this. It seems we didn't get the luck of Slovenia leaving ONE as I mentioned in a previous article despite the majority supporting it, though admittedly not a huge majority. And by the looks of it, our bad luck will continue.
A Recap of eCanadian Issues
Most of you likely know about the issues we've had internally, and with expatriated citizens who left to fight us, calling themselves the "Exiled Patriots of Canada". Why they feel falsely calling themselves exiles, and fighting against us is the right thing to do, I'm not completely sure. You normally don't change people's minds by working against them, but admittedly Rolo did do that, so I suppose it could work for them too. We'll have to see.
On the bright side, we've got our oil again, and I foresee us doing a good job of keeping it for a while. Lets hope I'm right.
eBulgaria Leaving EDEN?
At this time it seems like it could be a realistic possibility. Many Bulgarians have been fighting against TEDEN countries including Canada in recent times, and it seemed to be part of their continued protest over Turkey in EDEN. Why they're taking it out on a country who has strongly supported them in this issue I don't know.
A proposal to NE Turkey was made, which seemed like it would pass at first, but hasn't. In return, Turkey also proposed them as an NE, but that's had much less support as of this moment.
There were also proposals of MPPs with Macedonia, Hungary, and Poland, none of which passed. Venezuela, Spain, Serbia, Slovakia, and Lithuania are in the process of also likely being turned down. Very recently a new proposal to NE Greece has come up. We'll have to see what comes of that.
Scandinavia
Russia took over Norway not long ago to be able to get to Sweden. Norway is beginning to take some of its territory back, and the Irish have also been able to gain Scania by going through Nordjylland. Finland, and Estonia have also had some battles recently.
Eastern Europe
Croatia is almost back to their original territories in Europe, allowing the Czech Republic, Austria, Slovakia, and Hungary to have land once again. Romania still holds some Slovak, and Hungarian territory, and Germany still holds Tyrol, an originally Austrian region.
Southern Central/Eastern Europe
The Serbs, and Macedonians have gone through Albania, and had a thus far successful campaign against Italy. Slovenia also continues to hold its Italian regions. Lets hope our Italian, and Albanian brothers will be able to regain their territory as the Swiss have in that region.
Spain
The Spanish continue to fight for survival against the USA, and Brazil as they try to keep each others resources maximized.
East Asia
The Chinese, and Taiwanese continue to dominate eastern Asia. Japan currently has its original region of Hokkaido.
New Zealand
The Aussies, Chileans, and New Zealanders themselves are all fighting for control of the country.
Mexico
Mexico has almost completely removed Croatia from its original territories, and seems ready to make the final push in the Northeast. However, the USA still seems to have firm control of Baja, so Mexico gaining all of its original territores seems unlikely, however it has gotten quite close.
Sadly, it seems like we won't be able to stop many ONE countries from having a congress this month. We've been far from united, and I don't know if it'll get any better. Only time will tell, I suppose.
Thank you for reading, and until next time,

Awesome job keep it up I enjoy this kind of news.
You probably should have mentioned that Turkey was kicked out of EDEN, it's in the international news it does seem very important
Thank you, everyone. And hopefully they'll read your comment, then, Chewy. I like to do minimal editing. Maybe that's not the best habit, but it's just how I am.
