A Look at Irelands Housing

Day 4,792, 07:07 Published in Ireland Ireland by Alfa UKSF

The TD's have lately been involved in a debate about the Irish economy and have been struggling to choose the respective import rates on various essential products.

In eRepublik these products are historically held to be Q1 and/or Q5 Food, Q7 weapons and Q1 housing.

Taking a shallow dive into the 7 regions that form the Emerald Island, what housing stock do we actually use?

The key sector is of course Q1 housing for 2 reasons.

Firstly it shows how active the 'actives' actually are. eRepublik tells us we have 132 citizens but the reality is that we have around 45 voters which gives us our true base figure and of those 45 we have a 33 who are making use of not only the free money that Q1 housing gives you but also the extra refill in energy.

The second reason is it shows us how many Irish players are smart enough to get that free money.

How are you getting free money from the notoriously tight fisted Plato?

Buying a Q1 House and activating it will cost you an initial fee of 10,000cc but over the course of the 8 days it is active for it will give you 192 overtime points which translates into 8 extra work clicks.

If you are employed at the top Irish company currently on the market then that means a take home of 17,424cc after tax.

That means a profit of 7,424cc every 8 days and only basic bots and those who don't log in regularly* would turn down 13 gold in profits.

SO BUY Q1 HOUSING TODAY

*Actually if you bought and activated a Q1 house disappeared for 10 days you'd still come back to 192 overtime points which if you were working for the top Irish company who has unlimited work clicks then you could just reel them off in one go.
