A Letter to the People of France

As many of you know, a state of War has existed between Canada and France. Additionally, the Government of Canada has instituted a Trade Embargo against France. We believe that it is time to put aside our past differences and begin a more constructive relationship.
By the time most of you read this article, the trade embargo will have expired. A peace treaty is before your Congress awaiting approval. In a very few hours, the markets in Canada will be open to French goods. On behalf of the people of Canada, I would like to personally invite French business owners to begin exporting their products to Canada.
To ensure that these trade barriers are finally removed, we urge the French Congress to approve the peace treaty before you. We believe that passage of this treaty will bring economic benefits to the people in both of our nations. Let us put aside our ideological differences for the sake of the people and businesses in France and Canada.

The situation in France is terrible due to some spanish trolls spamming our national press.
I am very satisfied with your openness and will try and export as many wood and houses as I can to Canada.

Due to time lag, eventually sunday de-stress, and moreover the e-spaniards inquisition, not as fun as the Monty Python one, not fun at all in fact, I'm afraid that your vote, which arrived with no warning, is not going to succeed. That's pitiful, and I hope this will be just a short delay before it is first discuss among the e-french congress, and finally positively concluded, at least as far as I can speak for myself (I'm just a "basic" congressist). We in eFrance, are facing a law war in our congress, with e-spaniards flooding it with totally insane laws, so that even our own pre-discussed well agreed (among participating congressists) laws have difficulties to pass the vote. A significant number have had to be reproposed twice...
