A letter from MoD of eChina to people of ePhilippines

Dear people of ePhilippines:

I am in great sorrow that the capital and only hospital region of Philippines has been taken by eIndonesia. What's more, two other regions of Philippines are under attack. Phillippines has been our close ally for one year. You are always helpful when we needs help. You have been involved in nearly all of our military plans. I feel that eChina is obliged to help you, especially you are under attack partially because of us. But, Indonesia is still a mighty country that we can not beat one on one. Now I want to review the latest events concerning Philippines.

As you may have already known, EDEN and USA has been planning for the Liaoning battle for weeks, before the bug the last USA president faced when declaring war to Serbia. Pheonix discovered our plan. As a result, they blocked USA in South Thailand and Mindanao, making the Liaoning battle unable to be open.

Therefore, USA decides to give up South Thailand and Mindanao temporarily. Thailand signed MPP with USA, Croatia and China in time, and is pretty much OK now. But the part with Philippines, unfortunately, does not work out. The original plan is to block Indo for several days in Mindanao till USA finish the Liaoning battle. In the first days, this worked. However, the action on Liaoning was delayed again and again due to various reasons and the blocking needs to be continued on.

Then we decided to hit Liaoning in day 914. We planned to swap Shandong to Philippines and then to USA. However, Serbia managed to start a rising war in Shandong, 2 seconds before the attack of USA on Shandong, which was held by Philippines. This was unexpected since there was only 3 minutes for Serbia people to react. Nevertheless, our whole plan was ruined. We had to delay the attack on Liaoning for another two days, and, what's more, the blocking on Indo was not possible to maintain.

At that point, the attack on Indo in Mindanao by Philippines had finished and the attack by Malaysia was going to finish. There was a two minutes gap that Indo had to be blocked by a third country. However, Philippines was blocked in Shandong by USA. Due to game mechanics, USA could not retreat. As a result, no country was able to switch to Hainan to go through Philippines to block Indo. On the other hand, China just retreated Shandong to Philippines and did not have initiative towards Philippines. In short, no country could block Indo, due to the unexpected RW in Shandong.

Indo used this opportunity to attack further into Visayas. And our goal to keep the hospital region failed. Then our next goal is to secure Luzon at least till the congress election is finished. Malaysia toke the role and blocked Indo for two days.

Now that the Liaoning battle is over, a plan to recover Philippines should be carried out. eChina will do what we can to achieve this. Again, I am sorry for the lose of Philippines. I hope that we can grow stronger from this disaster.
