Days are passed, and still eNorway has only 200++ gold in its account. For this moment on, I consider the current government as a threat to our nation, to democracy of the state and to development of the state.
I assume the hospitals cost gold. Now that gold alledgely flows for Binary industry complex. That is utmost intolerable. Common opinion is dragging down to dirt even our new president InuNova. Thank god no foreign state has shown any interests taking over our shredded state.
Next is a quote concerning embezzled gold from MyErepublic published by Forconin:
"This is due to the recent unrest and a lot of the comments made in the last few days. A lot of our congressmen have been concerned about the Gold and what is going to happen with it. There has been broad agreement that the gold has to be kept safe for a while, until things settle down and we can be sure noone will do anything hasty."
What unrest? The democracy? The majoring party Sovereign Finland? Finnish population growth? How are they unrest? Explain a bit, please. Anything but you, Forconin, and your party is an issue of unrest? Player playing for nationality other than eNorwegian is an issue of unrest? Speaking other than Norwegian is an issue of unrest? If any of the previous, I hold you as a violator of Erepublic law §7.
Be no concerned, for we are not as crooced as you are. It needs a criminal mind to suspect and predict ones future criminal acts - the acts that certainly never would have happened with SF in charge.
Broad agreement, my butt! Broad is quite not just two citizens, no matter the title.
Kept safe? Safe for what? Embezzlement? WAKE UP! That was exactly the thing you committed! You may say something that seems pritty, but it doesn't change the facts - and by the way, I have read the eRussian history, you just antireplicated it.
Until things settle? You mean "when you are back in power?" That is a god forbidden tyranny! Life and prosperity will go on even without you at the helm! Everyone agrees that in this point.
We cannot be sure that no one will do anything hasty anymore, thanks a bunch to your rather hasty actions.
My prosecution: Forconin is a violator of §2, §4 and §6 ; and disputedly a violator of §7 of the "Erepublic 10 laws."
My verdict: depends the opinion of the people
My sentence: Forconin must give up all his political actions for two seasaons; is banned for forming a political party; is sentenced to return the whole sum of embezzled gold. If sentenced refuses to comply, the matter will be taken to the board of admins, where the final verdict and sentence will be made.
For future:
I actually don't mind tieing the fund of the e-nation into SO - but I have something against the oligarchy currently ruling. There should be a group of monetary aministrations, actually in my mind was the group of five(5) admins - one eNorwegian, eFinn and eRussian member and in addition the president and minister of economy. When in need of an action, a public vote takes place. When the vote consists three(3) mon.admins, it is lawful, and the action follows the vote. Every member may name one viceman for taking the place in voting, but not having an access in SO. Comments?
P.S. I have already started boycotting Binary, it stands until things solves. Also I will refuse all military actions for the period.

Could you please start assuming on irc or some sort of IM, and do some research before posting news articles?
(For the record, the hospitals only cost whatever they pay the workers, which can only be NOK, no NOK was removed from the statetreasury, so it doesn\'t have any impact on construction.)

Cirno: Thanks for info. There was no information over the topic in wiki. Although this raises a question or two - if hospitals are initially free, then why there is not one in every city? Or, why their Q-levels are not higher in the cities one exists? Yes, yes, the cost of maintenance would cost a small fortune (like, say, 4000 gold...), but in my opinion, it would be worthwhile. So why then - due belligerence of eFinland or eRussia? Or perhaps as a display of belligerence of eNorway? As a part of its desperate efforts of maintain its imperialistic status? Why? Tell me, dear Cirno. And P.S: I write where I please, what I wish and with a tone I choose thus exploiting my freedom of speech. Other parts is discriminating a person and/or group by their characteristics, nationality, language, religion, principals, political orientation, sexual orientation, birthplace, age or anything that can be assimilated with anything mentioned above.
True, it causes a somewhat of a chaos, when hundreds of people rush in for a power, but let me remind you, that many of them (people in congress and people in SF) are well enough experienced, skilled and some even more experienced than you. And one more thing - since now there is proofs of the experience and honesty and most importantly the congressmen and the president the citizens really wished for, why then not return these 4000?

Juse L, you still need the workforce to build the hospitals, I belive the goverment owned company have enough workers to produce 1 Q4 hospital every 2-3 weeks, so it\'s taking its time, but we\'re certainly not halting the production because we don\'t want to deploy them, we just haven\'t been able to produce them faster now.
Thank you again, Cirno. This helps a lot of understanding everything. Maybe we need a common FAQ forum for this, since there is only superficial information about things like this in wiki. Or, the wiki should be updated by some veteran having a bunches of info to spare.
Juse L: Do you think any of the fins here are more experienced then me? I started alot the the state functions today, and i was also the first person to organize the norwegian military. There are few \"experienced\" fins i can think of... We have Inunova, Gotrekki and foxx0 who quitted the game after several personal attacks.

I have to agree with Sjefen on this - Juse, please do some research. You could have easily found out how many production points hospitals cost to make (by looking at any company that is on the business, making hospitals, it costs 2000 productivity. If you think that one person makes on average (just shooting some numbers that are propably somewhat off, but close\'ish) 10\'ish productivity with active company and max wellness, it will mean there has to be 200 work days (200 people working ONE day, or one person to work for 200 days) done.
Now, let\'s assume that there are 20 people making a hospital, that all have 100 wellness and are all 100% active (that is a bit unlikely...), it would make exactly 10 days to produce one (1) hospital, if they would all produce that 10points (no more, no less). Ok, 10days times 20, would be the times those persons would need to be paid. Let\'s assume that everyone gets 10NOK/day salary, it would make the hospital to cost 2000NOK - you still think it\'s cheap? No, it\'s not.
However, I do not know how much the salary for these government-funded hospitals are, but it isn\'t free and it does take time - now, again assuming, with 20 active workers it will take from 5 days to 15 days to produce one (1) hospital, that means at best once a week and at worst, once in every 2 weeks.
That would be the reason for not having every city filled with Q4\'s... At least that\'s what I think.
