I have a few questions for our CP/Parliament to answer. These are genuine questions that I'm sure have reasonable answers. I'm just trying to get caught up.
1) Why are our historical allies like the USA and Canada in our MPP stack?
2) Why did we join Adriatica instead of one of the stronger alliances?
3) Is Adriatica aligned with another alliance, and if so, are we looking to add some MPPs from that alliance?
4) What efforts are being made to secure a lasting peace with Peru?
5) If peace with Peru is not possible, are we looking at options like approaching another alliance and asking them to attack Peru?

I think you left a "not" out of your first question.
The US is still friendly with us. I just PMed with CP Orik to ask a question about alliance realignment. Canada has no I'll feelings about Australia. Several of our old friends would still be our friends except for Hungary and to a lesser degree the Ukraine.
Hungary ASed us to get our resources, they said that straight up and told us we could go along or fight, they didn't care which. I'll give 'em kudos for that much, better than Peru with their TW BS. None of our "friends" would say anything to Hungary, some didn't even reply. Czech Rep did fight for us, at least at first. We had a relationship with Chile that was unusual. They wanted to be friendly because they were tired of wiping us all the time. They said it got old and was boring. So when Hungary attacked they PMed to ask what was up. We said that it was no TW, they were attacking. Chile fought for us from the start. We finally convinced Hungary that they should concentrate on their war with Spain so they pulled out.
Peru decided they'd have a go. So I continued my plan of finding us an alliance. We simply are not that far up the charts with country damage. Pacifica is out of the question because Hungary is a member.
Adriatica is friendly with Syndicate. I can't say too much but things may get rearranged. So probably best not to go into details now. I still expect good things along alliance lines. And don't forget, right now Chile and Venezuela are ,some of our best friends, they are in Adriatica.
I'm working on some MPPs but have that on hold. There is some confusion in our govt and I'd like to get that settled first. I don't want to accidentally piss off some people I've been working on to convince we are reliable friends.
The only lasting peace with Peru that I see is blasting their asses outta here. Hence the work on FA getting us some friends that will stick with us and my fried Don building CrOmega.

You're right, I left not out of that first question. Ty for the response. Syndicate is the Brazil alliance isn't it? Feels weird to me to have countries like Chile and Brazil friendly to us and for us to not be fighting Indonesia
Yeah, I know how you feel. Indo is sort of indifferent to us, sort of friendly. We've been warming up to Chile for several months and it did cause some stress with our MPPs. Chile was respectful of that and only asked that if attacked by one of our friends that we would not support. They however intended to help us no matter what and proved it when Hungary did AS us.
Syndicate is indeed Brazil alliance.
You probably missed it when I was in Canada and the US wiped us. They didn't want Canada in their alliance so we ended up with Serb MPP. Freaked 'em out! lol
Hang on, the bromance died? Canada and US weren't friends? God! They were so close that they left EDEN together and went by themselves for a little bit. From memory that didn't actually go that well as it meant the USA got invaded by Phoenix.
