The fortune of war is changing. This time the U.S.A. forces in and near Karnataka have been encircled by strong Serbian armored units. More Hungarian armored units have crossed the river near Orissa, have taken Tamil-Nadu and reached Chhattisgarh by passing through Jharkland. Tibet is in Phoenix hands.

There is only one possibility to save the encircled U.S.A. troops from total annihilation: that is the honorable surrender of the encircled fortress. In order to think it over a term of two hours will be granted beginning with the presentation of this note.

If this proposal should be rejected one Spanish(;_😉 Artillery Corps and six heavy Polish(;_😉 A. A. Battalions are ready to annihilate the U.S.A. troops in and near Karnataka. The order for firing will be given immediately after this two hours' term.

All the serious two-clicker losses caused by this tanking would not correspond with the well known American humanity.

We shall fight in the Border Area,
We shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our Land of Liberty, whatever the cost may be,
We shall fight in the Rural Area,
We shall fight in Suburbia,
We shall fight in the City,
We shall fight in the Administration Center;
We shall never surrender, no matter how far into the Underground we may be!

Comrades and Countrymen, we are the eUnited States of America
We laugh at the threat of invasion, and spit in the faces of our occupiers!
We shall fight them at every turn we can!
They may take our regions, but they can never take our eSpirit!

As President, I will work to both prevent this, and prepare for it.
I will use diplomacy to gain allies, from anywhere that they may come. This is not a time to be picky, we must act for our own survival!
I will push for a reality check on Poland and Spain, and at the very least, gain their neutrality.

During my term, there will not be one day we are not preparing.
Whether it be in fortifying our borders
Whether it be in gathering intelligence
Whether it be expanding our military
Whether it be in stockpiling resources
Whether it be in gaining allies
Whether it be in pushing for a population boom.
I will not rest until this threat is past us.
We will always be preparing, and we will always be ready for the invasion.

As a country, we must stand our ground. This is not a time for despair or surrender, this is a time for honor and courage. Give more to your country. Use weapons, be active, help a new player out.
This country will survive due to the actions of our citizens, not the actions of our president.
