you wanted that war so you got it. there some duties when you are in atlantis, but i believe that 900 gold is an enormous money and it's impossible to pay that fine.
If you didnt attack mexico and help fightng in romania the situation on a world probabbly had changed.

The problem is, you've never helped us before, so there is no precendent to assume you'd help us anyway. You can't threaten someone if you have no credibility, and unfortunately, ATLANTIS is a bit lacking in credibility on this side of the pond.
