For the past few days, Congressmen have secretly debating how to strengthen the nation in terms of [CLASSIFIED]. One Congressman believe this information constitutes a national secret. A Vote was taken while at the same time a slightly modified Proposal was introduced. Even more recently, another Proposal appeared with a different methodology, but same goal. This Proposal has since move to a Vote. Congressmen are encouraged to review the material linked. As for the public, I will do my best to dispense information as soon as possible.
II. Congress Moves [REDACTED] From Public Forum to Private Forum
In an unusual move by Congress, a thread containing information regarding [CLASSIFIED] was moved from the Public Forum to the Private Forum. The information contained, in my opinion, is NOT sensitive material and can be easily deduced simply by following in-game proposals. I have already requested the thread be made Public.
III. Today’s Proposals
1. Natural Enemy with Spain. Proposed by President Blank Keating. VOTE YES
2. Alliance with Greece. Proposed by President Blank Keating. VOTE YES
3. Donate 99,999 USD to the Congressional Budget Office. Proposed by play566. VOTE YES
4. Mutual Protection Pact with Greece. Proposed by Johnoagrios. VOTE YES
5. Tax Change: Food. 2% INCREASE in VAT, 69% INCREASE in Import Tax. Proposed by chickensguys. Congressmen allowed to vote according to their own beliefs. Speaker of the House LexLuthor1 comments: "Senators vote no on anyproposal by chickensguys."

@Flying Trotsky: Some subjects are classified for a reason. Also, you're a congressman, if you would just sign into the forums and request access you could see and debate the proposals that have been deemed classified.

@Flying: Giving out info that can be used by our enemies to hurt eUSA is a bad thing so most important discussions are done behind closed doors then most of the time released for public viewing later date when it can't do damage.
