Tenemos el agrado de anunciar que el congreso ha aprobado la ley de Ayuda para Licencia del Mercado eCubano y en este mes el gobierno ha decidido implementarla como medida de gobierno a pesar de haber pasado la fecha estipulada en la ley ya que está convencido que ayudará tanto a los ciudadanos como al mercado del país.

Por lo tanto quienes deseen la ayuda para comprar la licencia del mercado eCubano deberán solicitarlo en el siguiente formulario







Sin más la ley vigente:

1- El día 10 de cada mes el Gobierno entregará 3k cc a los eCubanos con empresas que no posean y decidan comprar la licencia de mercado de eCuba, y se le sumará 1k cc más si el holding donde tiene sus empresas se encuentra en una de las regiones eCubanas.
2- El Gobierno destinará 20 ayudas como máximo por mes y deberá repartirlo de manera justa y equitativa sin importar partido o unidad militar del eCuidadano.
3- El Ciudadano que lo solicite deberá poseer al menos 2 empresas
3.1 - Deberá entregar tres capturas, una con las empresas, una con las licencias, y otra con la nueva licencia de eCuba.

4- El Ciudadano se compromete a utilizar la licencia vendiendo su producción en el mercado eCubano, sin embargo, el Gobierno no sancionará al ciudadano si por motivos razonables no suceda. Tampoco sancionará a los ciudadanos que tras obtener el beneficio se retiren del país.

5- El Gobierno, tras la verificación de dichos requisitos, tardará un máximo de 72 horas en abonar dicha subvención.

6- El Gobierno, se compromete a publicar el día 10 de cada mes, un artículo con los requisitos necesarios para solicitar la ayuda y la persona del Gobierno con la que ponerse en contacto en caso de duda.









We are pleased to announce that the Congress has approved the Law of Assistance for eCubanan Market License and in this month the government has decided to implement it as a government measure despite having passed the date stipulated in the law, since it is convinced that it will help both the citizens as well as the country's market.

Therefore, those who want the help to buy the license of the eCubano market must request it in the following form







Without more the current law:

1- On the 10th of each month the Government will deliver 3k cc to eCubans with companies that do not own and decide to buy the eCuba market license, and will be added 1k cc more if the holding company, where its companies are located, is in one of The eCuban regions.
2 - The Government will allocate 20 aids maximum per month and must distribute it in a fair and equitable way regardless of the party or military unit of the citizen.
3- The Citizen that requests it must own at least 2 companies
3.1 - The Citizen must deliver three screenshots, one with the companies, one with the licenses, and another with the new license of eCuba.

4- The Citizen agrees to use the license by selling its production in the eCuban market, however, the Government will not sanction the citizen if for reasonable reasons it does not happen. Neither will sanction citizens who after obtaining the benefit leaves the country.

5- The Government, after verification of said requirements, will take a maximum of 72 hours to pay such subsidy.

6- The Government, undertakes to publish on the 10th of each month an article with the necessary requirements to request the aid and the person of the Government with whom to contact in case of doubt.
