10.Most embarrasing moment in your life:

I can't really think of one major embarrassing moment in my life although I used to slip down the stairs in Junior High a lot...at first it was embarrassing but then it just became routine for me.

11.Why are you playing erepublik?

I really love politics and I love meeting new people, this game lets me live my fantasy of politics and I have made some great friends here that I will know for life.

12.What other games do you play?

None actually, I used to be big into strategy games like Age of Empires Series but I lost my discs. I do play Stronghold from time to time but thats about it.

2.What do you like best about your country/what are you proud of?

I like that Canada is a multicultural nation, it gives us the ability to experience many cultures without having to travel.

3.What do you hate/like least about your country?

Our current Conservative Government has stripped Canada of its right to call itself a democracy. We have become a dictatorship but because we are a Western Nation and ally of the USA nobody can question it. The current Government has denied First Nations their Treaty Rights, stripped our environmental laws meant to protect our environment and water resources, used its majority government to limit debate and discussion on bills and motions, silenced and stripped rights away from individual MP's, spent tens of millions on advertising the oil sands as an environmentally friendly project just to name a few.

4.Where do you see big differences between your country and Norway?

Well that would be culture. Norway is an older nation with a culture, language and history shared by the majority of its population while Canada is much younger and has many diverse cultures that help make Canada what it is.

5.Which traditional food from Canada should all eNorwegians try?

Bannock, butter-tarts and nanaimo bars!

6.Which traditional food should we avoid?

Beaver tails! Ive always hated them although many love them, just cant stand them.


No, it is not real beaver tails, it is just some kind of pastry - at least I hope Joshua meant those


7.Your favorite tradition:

Im First Nations so personally for me it would be Pow Wow. Its a great time to celebrate my heritage and non-Aboriginals are always welcome to partake 🙂

This is just one place but the country is just so huge there is way more. Ive lived in 4 provinces but Ive still never been up North to the territories or past Quebec to the Maritimes yet. The landscape changes so much that there is definitely something for everyone.
