Hello eNorway, Hello rest of the eWorld.

This is Part II of my new interview series, which focuses on eNorwegian players and their RL countries.

Our guest today is Tangerine Dream from Greece.


Personal part:

1. First Name/Nick Name:

Calling me Tangerine it's ok.

2.Age / weight:

It is not kind to ask from a lady her age but I was born in 1981.Do the math.As for the weight...hmmm...41.477 as my strength indicator 🙂

3.How do you spend your free time:

Lately all my non-existent free time goes to my newborn child.Otherwise I like to listen music and taking care of myself.

4.Profession:

I work for a multinational company in the sales department.

5.Favorite Singer/Ban😛

I mostly listen to Greek music so I believe that none of the singers I can refer would be known to you.I do though like Greek traditional music also.

6.Favorite Song:

Dont have one...

7.Fav Movie/Series:

My favorite TV series was Prison Break, Sons of Anarchy and now i am watching Person of Interest.Generally I prefer TV series over movies.



8.What are you afraid of?

I detest snakes, not exactly afraid of them.



9.Best way for somebody to put a smile on your face:

I do like surprises. A nice surprise - and even better an expensive one - would surely put a smile on my face. (lol)



10.Most embarrassing moment in your life:

One day in my first year at work i talked really bad to the head manager of human resources on the phone cause i thought he was someone else.
When he told me who he was i really didn't know what to say.
Thank God it ended well and he understood what happened.Really embarrassing...



11.Why are you playing erepublik?

My husband is the main reason.He made me create this account so we could have a common game and interest.I liked though the game in time.It was boring in the beginning as i was building my account -my husband paid the cost for full training LOL- but i found my way later on.Mostly is the communication with a big variety of people from all over the world.

12.What other games do you play?

There is a farming game i also play but i guess it would be external advertise if i mention it. 🙂



RL Country part:

1.Your RL Country:

My rl country is Greece/Hellas.



2.What do you like best about your country/what are you proud of?

What i like most in Greece is we the people. Greeks are open hearted and full of joy. We are famous for our hospitality and our "never give up" way of life.
What ever bad happens to us we never lose our smile and hope for a better day tomorrow.
I am very proud of course for the history of my country.Ancient Greece was the light and inspiration of the today´s western civilization.


3.What do you hate/like least about your country?

I really hate the politicians.The political scene in Greece is the major factor for all the bad things Greeks have suffered.



4.Where do you see big differences between your country and Norway?

Unfortunately I have never - until now - visited Norway so I cant have a clear opinion abt the differences.For sure I can say the sun 🙂

5.Which traditional food from Greece should all eNorwegians try?

If they ever come to Greece besides the world famous mousaka they must try the pasticcio, rabbit stew and all the Greek cuisine in general hahahaha

The bean soup. It brings a lot of gas LOL.



7.Your favorite tradition in Greece:

The huge variety of weddings. There are several traditions in the customs that accompany a wedding.Other customs in Thessaly, different customs in Macedonia or Crete or even in Pelloponese and Islands.

8.Why should we visit your country?

Greece is one of the most beautiful countries in the world.I don't know where to start and where to end.The sun,the sea, our mountains and islands.
If you come to Greece one thing is certain: You will remember it all your life.







10.A movie/series from Greece everybody should watch:

"Rembetiko" is a movie from 1983 that is referring to the culture of rembetiko music in Greece and the life of Marika (Ninou) since 1919.
It is a great movie if you understand it.

10.A band/singer from Greece everybody should know:

One of my favorite bands are the Pyx-Lax (Πυξ Λαξ)and you can see them in this video with Petroloukas Chalkias (the best traditional clarinet player):

13. Teach us a typical swear word from Greece:

Well i think that the word "malakas" is the most used word for almost everything in Greece. If you come here you will think that it`s a name instead of a swear LOL.
