Comments
Still have issues finding a better way to evaluate the Cost of Opportunity for weapons... For now, this one is fine for most eCitizens. Q6 as a "bad choice" is very inaccurate for experienced, war-oriented eCitizens.
Food costs are properly assessed - the issue with weapons does not influence the methodology for food.
To be fair Gatsa, I provide the newer members of the RCAC MU with Q5 tanks because they provide amazing opportunity, especially at the cost they are at compared to Q6s. At those rates I can supply more members with more weapons, increasing the overall damage potential. I let them all have an opportunity to sell off those Q5s in exchange for Q6s if they so desire.
