1V Announcement
Fritz179
Hello citizens of the eUK and members of 1V,
As some of you may or may not know, I was elected as PP of the Party with 47% of the votes. I am honored and delighted to be serving for you and am able to know that you support and believe in me. Just not long ago I was one of the new kids in the 1V group, but after certain events, people had to step up to help run the party, and I was one of the many players to did that. Once gain, I would like to thanks all that support me.
Congress
One Vision has decided to support UKRP this term. We have been offered the 7th and the 10th spot. We are excited to be working with and backing UKRP this time. We feel it is a great opportunity for the party. We will be releasing the names of the individuals who will be representing us at a later date.
Recruitment
Recruiting is a very important task in every party. Trying to gain new members, while maintaining the members you already have can be a difficult objective to meet for smaller parties. That is why I have chosen the Great T White II to run this months recruitment team. I have a lot of faith in him and I am confident that he will do a good job.
Cabinet
As we all know, Political Cabinets can make or break an election or term depending on who you put where. I have decided to put the following people in my cabinet
Vice President: Joshua Whelan
Secretary General: Vaultguy
Councillor: T White II
Spokesman: Sofiane Richa
If you would like to join 1V feel free to come on over, or feel free to message me with questions, I would be more then happy to answer them.
Thanks,
Fritz179

7 and 10th spot in UKRP? you know 7th will be a risk?
It isn't just about seats, it is about One Vision putting itself back in the center, where it is supposed to be. It wasn't a party designed to follow New Era around by the nose
Voted
Good luck!
I assume the New Era offer was lower than 7th and 10th? I think we just offered something like 10th?
Keep in mind that we have enough members to elect about 9 and UKRP have enough to elect about 4. So 10th from New Era requires other parties to gain 1 extra seat while 7th from UKRP requires other parties to gain 3 extra seats and is therefore a much worse offer.
There's much more to supporting parties than gaining seats. For example, it's a big move away from our historical stance of being biased to certain parties, and we're now moving in to true neutrality. Such support solidifies our relationship with a party we've previously had disagreements with.
New Era offered One Vison one congressman at 8th.
Wow so with raw numbers 1 worse, but percentage wise 4 better.
Also, BigAnt says yall offered 7th spot and either 11/12. It seems there is confusion on what yall offered
Doesn't matter really since anything higher than 10 or 11 is a guarenteed spot with only New Era voters.
good luck
talk about a turn up for the books, though, which, I assume, is something you intended to do...still, with their 60 votes and your 30 you should be able to get near on 90 between you which should be enough for a seat!
Voted, good luck OV and that is a very brave and honourable decision that deserves to be applauded. I sincerely wish you luck because you have already shown the maturity to put the country ahead of quick congress seats.
What does that mean!
It means they have taken a bold decision, easiest thing would be to keep the status quo but they havent. They could have had an easy congress eat but they chose a different route instead this month which might not give them a seat that they could have had elsewhere...thats why it is brave.
I meant the "country ahead of congress seats" bit.
