Join the new world

This is the first of many posts I hope to do about what will happen during war. I have been appointed CO of the 1st company reserves this means I am in charge of half our reserve troops the other half is controlled by Flamur. We both follow orders from Paddyohale. Over the coming weeks we will reveal a lot about the UK war structure. So I would like to start by asking all UK citizens to sign up on the UK forums http://uker.forumotion.com/index.htm if you are not a member you may miss out on vital information.

I am currently in charge of around 40 troops this is far too much for me to manage alone and so we have decided to split the troops into groups of 5 each group will be lead by a sergeant. No sergeant post have been filled yet and so if you name is on the list bellow and you would like to be a sergeant please pm me. I will use a variety of criteria to find the best sergeants so even if you think your strength is low please still apply as you may still get the post. Each sergeants Job will be to look after the men under his command. The sergeant you are posted under will be like your boss he will tell you the orders given by us and is the direct link between command and the real power the troops. It is therefore important that sergeants are active every day. Sergeants will also be in charge of the wellness of there troops. Plans are being discussed on how best to keep troop’s wellness high but sergeants will play a key role.

Looking at my roster I think I have the best platoon and I want to prove this so once sergeants have been picked I will be holding a competition for the best squad. There will be a series of challenges to test who is the most responsive and active squad. Cash and gift prizes will be given the best squad allowing them to buy better weapons and keep there wellness high. More details of this will be shown at a latter date.
