1ronman Still Running for President?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Ok seriously, what is he thinking. Normally when someone is being tried for something they try to stay out of the press. Not our good friend 1ronman though. As promised he released is campaign today for President. I will say this about the man he has a pair thats for sure.
His campaign shows some promise. And if you were voted on for just your campaign I would probablly give him my vote as well. Thankfully, however, becoming president is about more than that.
1ronman cannot be allowed to become CP. He is not able to be trusted with that position. Especially since he hasn't even had his trial yet. Putting that aside for one second I see 2 major problems with this;
1. He is banned from the forums right now. Is he to run this country in game only?
2. How does he plan to get a major party to support him after his alleged theft.
That is one thing that needs to be remembered here. He is innocent until proven guilty. Thankfully becoming CP is about more than a solid platform and legal technicalities. You need the public to have faith in you. I think it is fairly clear that 1ronman does not have much faith left in this country. So my question to you today is:
SHOULD CONGRESS PASS A LAW STATING THAT A CITIZEN CANNOT RUN FOR PUBLIC OFFICE WHILE BEING TRIED OR UNDER INVESTIGATION?
I think yes and I also can make one promise to you. If 1ronman somehow wins the election I am leaving for the States. I cannot in good faith stay with in this country with him as our elected leader. If eCanada has any sense in it at all he will not receive many votes. At the very least he will not be receiving mine. That by the way is something contrary to what I told him in a PM when I found out he was running.
I to was a believer in 1ronman. Needless to say recent events have changed that. WAKE UP CANADA and realise that this man has used you enough!

It is all very strange. So strange that we may as well throw out a few wild hypotheticals.
Such as:
What number of eCanadians, especially newish and inactive ones, use the same password for the forums as they do for their eRep account. Someone with access to such info could garner a surprising number of votes for an eRep election.
Again, pure crazy strangeness. Probably not a possiblity.
Interesting thought. I would have thought to use such access to just take money and supplies. Mind you I have never had to think of peoples votes.
Yes, someone hypothetically could keep a record log of forum passwords and cross-check them with eRep access over a period of time to find matches. Even dead citizens can be revived simply by knowing a password (and we have MANY dead citizens).

Yes he's innocent until proven guilty... however didn't we already prove him guilty?
*Must be proven guilty in a court of law. Since the court cannot be brought to sessiona as we do not have enough active members I do not know exactly what is being done. I am pretty sure that there is a topic on the forum regarding it though.
Tem and Pimp were "guilty" way before their first day of trial, string 1ronman up and flog him.
