100 Houses at 1 price - The best deal u ever made

Hello everyone,
This is my first article since my sister left the game, just befor i start i wanna remind that my sister left the game and let me replace her so i took her projects in my hand and i continue her way.
Few days ago a deal was signed with a citizen to buy 100 houses Q2, when we talk about the prices of the houses and about this new project that make his own way to be completed i decide to sell 100 Q2 houses at 245,00.00$ that is a big price but if we look the price per 1 house we can see that is only 2,450.00 cc per 1 house only.
If we will look today houses Q2 cost not less then 2,500$ so i decide to sell houses in low prices to all the citizens who will ask for it and need it. My houses prices are nominal, we have a price per a house i dont look at the prices on the market and according those prices on market i say what my houses prices will be.
So far in 1 week i complete 20% from this huge and big project that i mean 20 houses, many players said that i will go bankrupt and there is no way i will succeed if i will sell in those low prices but we can see that today my company still stand thanks to my sister that made a great job with this company and i continue her.
I do look for more players in the game that want to join to me and be part of the company and this is what i offer to them, offer to u:
All of my partners that will join to me and will take part with my project will get 50% of the earnings or if we will be many friends per project it will be divided for examp: if we are 3 members each one of us will get 33.3% from the rewards. But the work will be on each one of us, for examp if we sell 30 houses and we are 2 members i will build 15 houses and my seconde member will build 15 houses.
All of my investors will get per few weeks private messages with an amazing offer or a huge discount about houses for examp 2 days ago one of my investors got an offer of 3 houses Q1 for 950cc for each and he buy them why not? soo low price actually the most in the game. If u wanna be an investors it isn't for free it cost 10 gold per project that is mean every project any investors pay to us 10 gold and he will enjoy from houses that will left at the end of any project it can be sometimes 5 houses per any investors and sometimes 30 houses, i know most of u now will say "it's cost too much u just want our money" but if u will look ahead u will see it's a small investment to gain a bigger prices every time. I can show u this way, 10 gold cost 4,500-5,000cc pretty much it's change in any country but this is the average, if u get 3 houses Q1 it will cost u 2,850.00cc(950cc per 1 Q1 house for investors) so u also get houses in alot alot alot lower price then what market will offer u and also can work much more time in ur jobs.
All the players under lvl 25 getting 5%-10% discount it's in progress yet and i do check this option so right now it isn't available, when it will be an a real option i will let u know.

every thig will be my, and all those who say: "You're so far over your head" and all those things they in the end of the day will be the main losers.

im sorry my english is'nt good... what i mean we have a fixed price and it wont change unlike the market where u can see that the prices goes up and up

there is no risk at all, all the players and my clients are got them houses they order in the time we decide they will get. players who wanna succeed in the game and get houses for them jobs and energy alot come and order for me this is why a player buy and order from me 100 houses Q2 alot houses in low price, so pleas u no need show any concern.
about my CP request i believe u didnt wanted me cuz my sister make alot of noise i dont know why really but its behind us now dont stay in the pass.

I've read this multiple times and still don't understand wtf is going on. All I know is to buy 10 gold it costs over 3k cc which is gonna be a little weird on the returns. Also dunno how you're gonna ensure only your investors get the discount offers when you can't donate houses, and would have to chuck them on the market. This is all assuming I've even read everything right 'cause it's a bit confusing.
Also confusing is why somebody even used a CS pass on you but I guess I can't gauge the feelings of inactive congressmen.

now, about the houses, yes i cant donate but we talk on discord and in the sec i offer the houses my investors buy them this is the way it work best never failed.
10gold cost 4kcc ok? u get 3 houses or sometimes even more at 950cc per house ok? u can work twice per a day and even more u get many houses for low price every project, it cost only 10 gold there is people who already got houses with this way
Don't take it personally, you just have a suspicious account, we in the eUK have been burnt many times, so a lot of us err on the side of caution when dealing with accounts like yours.
If you are being truthful, ride the storm, get to know your fellow eCountrymen and sooner or later they will let their guard down. For now though, you will be treated with suspicion.
