>Wild and Crazy Wednesday

Day 596, 21:40 Published in USA USA by Pragmat

Greetings once again men and women of eAmerica,

I write to you tonight in a mild state of shock and dare I say it, awe, over what I have witnessed this day in our quant little eRep world. As I was sitting down to check in on what had been happening over the course of the day, imagine my surprise when I saw that a certain Robert S Miller had attempted to swindle our beloved country out of thousands of dollars. Thankfully, the crook has been exposed and through quick action on the part of the admin, him and his fake organization have been permanently banned from the New World, good riddance I say. I realize that this is not new news to almost anyone reading this, I simply wished to express my outrage.

Hope?

I would like to take this opportunity to note a truly eloquent article that I read this evening. I have not been a citizen long, the 2 weeks that seem like a long time to me are scoffed at by our true eRep veterans, them who have been here since the days of Beta. From these aged veterans I have always heard murmurs of the old Democratic Party that used to be a political powerhouse here in the eUSA. Those murmurs became a roar today as two articles appeared in The Democratic Review announcing a platform and new direction for the Democratic Party. In what can only be described by this writer as the masterpiece of an expert wordsmith, Dem Press Secretary Daniel Jacob Asher laid it all out and spoke of the past mishaps of the party while also displaying the party platform crafted by James Eggleston. He also discussed what is being done to fix it and move forward. It was truly moving and I suggest everyone take a peek at it, as it appears to have been largely overlooked in the wake of the Fort Knox Scandal.

Return

In international news, the Saxony-Anhalt region was taken from the Italians by resistance forces today, it would appear that it will soon reintegrate into Germany.
