Hello everyone it’s me again. I know I said it was last WHPR for a while and back then I believed it to be so. However, through a turn of events it’s still my job to make the WHPR this term. I do have to say regardless I am still excited to continue to write for you guys, I have genuinely enjoyed it so far. I look forward to another month of WHPRs for this term. I am the CoS and not the Media Director this term so my job isn't solely writing for you all. Though I promise you all my added duties wont hinder my writing at all.
Army Air Corps:

With a new term and a little while since I last gave you all an update on the USAAC I thought I’d give you all one today. The MU is going quite well since I last talked about it. We have but about 35 members which I believe its 20-25 more since my last update. We have expanded our officer core from 2 members to 5 and with these 5 members we have been able to run our unit quite effectively. We have had one real organized strike in an air battle and a second short notice strike and both did better than expected. the first one dropping about 850k damage and the second about 200k and both battles were won. The hardest of the organizing is over, we have the structure and ability to make our unit successful yet the highest priority is still recruitment. So if any of you are looking for a new home or a place that's organized and focused on air battles I believe you need to look no further. Wild Owls goodbye statements:
Our last president wasn't a bad one in fact I think he was rather good but everyone has their opinions. I decided to track him down on discord and ask him what he thought of his own term, his weakness's and his strengths and below is what he said.

Kody5- Easy questions first. What do you think of your term? Anything you would do better or not at all? Any highlights?

WO- I think my term was alright. I set out to keep Indonesia occupied, and I was largely successful in that.
I've always campaigned on stability and success, and my term had that.
Something I'd do better - my own media. II gave up on that midway and I shouldn't have.

Kody5- What do you think was the best thing you did internally? DOD/doca stuff.

WO- I followed the advice of USAF and USAAC to merge the 2 MUs. Personally, I was unsure of the decision but it seems to have worked wonders, and has reaped great dividends for USA, as the two MUs have been working well together under new leadership, and giving us an edge in air battles

Kody5- In terms of foreign affairs is there anything you would've liked to do differently? any battle plans you thought of doing or anyone you would've liked to ally? Any friends you'd like to point out in other nations for the term?

Wo- I'm content with our FA. I'd have liked to establish a more permanent relation with Belgium, but apart from that, I think we did the best with what we had, as other individuals are likely to find out after the trial and error method.
(He also wanted to mention his thanks to Greece, Poland, Latvia, Sweden, and Mexico for their help in our wars and their friendship)

Kody5- Any advice for the new president? any final words after?

WO- You're inheriting a country that's much richer, stable, and stronger than the one you inherited the last time you were CP. Don't screw it up. Build up on our strengths. You can do it.

The Queens Address:

Well we know what wild owl thinks about things but what about our new dictator? You all know Fingerguns is my favorite person in erep but I thought I’d track her down so she could tell you all about herself and her plans for the country.
So here's what she said.

K5- You haven't been cp in years, what's changed the most since then?

FG- Well I'm not CP now. I'm Dictator. It's a million times cooler, but also harder to pick up on. There are a lot of buttons and responsibilities. Stuff you don't necessarily think about when you are putting together a campaign.
When I was CP I felt like I was leading by committee. The job came with a lot of built-in advisors who had their little areas they ran. Dictator puts everything on my plate. I'm the boss, applesauce.

K5- You've stated a few of your plans in your articles already, is there anything you'd like to do that you haven't mentioned? Or just want to say again?

FG- Not really. I approached Dictator the same way I always did Party President- say what you want to do, come up with a plan to get it done and then actually do it. If the objectives are reasonable and the path to get it done is clear, then actually governing is a lot of fun and rewarding instead of stressful. I try to be prepared for curveballs because they always come up, but I typically stay on track

K5- Well we know your plans but what do you think will be the biggest hurdle of your presidency?

FG- Potentially being attacked. I've decided to go with a bit of d*ck swinging this term because I think that attitude is necessary to motivate and boost our fighting force. There is a risk, naturally, that we will piss off the wrong person. Diplomacy is not super high on my priority list right now. We will wipe Indo and then we'll see what's up from there.

K5- So the last few terms weren't incredibly exciting to me, maybe it was to others but what’s your plan to make the eUS a little more exciting? without getting us wiped.

FG- I don't have any plans to make the eUS more exciting. I have plans to make the eUS more coordinated when it comes to battles and stronger, overall, in the air. I personally think accomplishing those goals will be a lot of fun, and so far just working on it has been a lot of fun. The Air Shout Giveaway and meeting up for strikes is a really good time. But my goal is not to be entertaining, my goal is to put the eUS in a better position so we have more options when it comes to battles and we can be better allies.
But I will say I think the most fun is had in this game when a bunch of people are working together toward some objective- when everyone feels like they're contributing to something bigger. And that's what is happening right now. People who don't normally work together in any capacity find themselves having fun while doing something to help the community at large.

K5- Any last words you'd like to put?

FG- um, yeah...I am very excited about being Dictator and I am very appreciative that even the people who opposed me during the campaign seem to be on board with making big stuff happen to help the country. I've been very impressed by everyone's willingness to participate. We need that kind of collaboration if we want to move to the next phase and break out of this routine we've been locked into for a while. I'm curious to see what comes next.
