"10:55 marcchelala We will provide updates every five minutes
10:55 marcchelala meanwhile, we currently have a presidential candidate with us here: Chamrajnagar
10:55 marcchelala would you care for a quick interview Mr. Chamrajnagar ?
10:55 Chamrajnagar \o/
10:55 Chamrajnagar Sure
10:56 marcchelala Alright, then here's the "rules" of the QNBC Interview
10:56 marcchelala I will ask some questions
10:56 marcchelala When I am done
10:56 marcchelala The people present in this channel
10:56 marcchelala will be allowed to ask you some question
10:56 marcchelala Ok?
10:56 marcchelala Ready?
10:56 Chamrajnagar FIne by me
10:57 marcchelala Alright, let's start
10:57 marcchelala First question
10:57 marcchelala Chamrajnagar: you are running in the elections supported by only one party, the Canadian Social Democrats, didn't you search for support of another party?
10:58 Chamrajnagar I did indeed.
10:59 Chamrajnagar I sought the nomination of every other party actually, and, with the exception of DAL and obviously the CSD, came in 2nd in every poll.
10:59 marcchelala (when you're done answering say Done)
10:59 Chamrajnagar I seem to have the support of a lot of people from various parties...they just don't all seem to be online right now 😛
10:59 Chamrajnagar done
11:00 marcchelala And when the CSD saw that it was the only one to support you, why didn't the CSD change it's stance and support a candidate from another party?
11:00 marcchelala (nothing against you in this question, just analysing the politics of the CSD)
11:02 marcchelala Chamrajnagar: we can pass the question if you want😛
11:02 Chamrajnagar Part of the reason I joined the CSD was that its members are true to their word. They supported me since their nomination, and they aren't ones to back out on their word. Further, the CSD was originally created for a third choice for president, and that seems to be the role I fill right now 😉
11:02 Chamrajnagar done
11:02 marcchelala good answer
11:03 marcchelala Alright, by looking into your Cabinet Proposal list, we see that you are giving GoranThrax two Cabinet positions
11:03 marcchelala why? and do you think he will be able to handle both?
11:04 GoranThrax *mumbles* 😛
11:04 *** coach_nyta quit (Ping timeout: 240 seconds)
11:05 Chamrajnagar I talked personally with GoranThrax about this, and he told me that he could handle the two positions and I believe him. As for why he has both positions, I believe him to be the best man for the job in each case, and he has proved his worth over this last term.
11:05 Chamrajnagar done
11:06 marcchelala Let's talk about your platform
11:07 marcchelala You are talking about 4 main "objectives": Transparency, Communication, Military, and rebuilding the Economy
11:07 marcchelala For those who haven't had the chance to read your platform, can you briefly explain each of these 4 points please?
11:08 marcchelala Btw FLASH NEWS: Jbdivinus and William Duncan now both at 41 Votes!
11:08 marcchelala Chamrajnagar: at 17 votes
11:10 Chamrajnagar Military is my weakest point, so I'll talk about that first. The key goals in the Military are to improve the interest and activity in the CAF, both regulars and Rangers, to safeguard our borders, and to provide TWs to both level up citizens and give some purpose to our saturated weapons market. Luckily Jacobi has already secured us ongoing TWs with Malaysia and the Phillipines.
11:11 marcchelala And what about Hungary? Do you plan on attacking it during your term if you're elected?
11:13 Chamrajnagar We certainly want to reclaim ALL of Canada, but I can't promise to rush headlong into things. If the right time for attacking exceeds my term in office, then no, I won't attack Hungary. It will take great coordination with our allies, and we are in no immediate threat from Hungary...so my first concern is the real threats that our Allies face.
11:14 Chamrajnagar Transparency and Communication go hand-in-hand. It is my goal to eliminate as much as possible from Closed Congress, and restructure the forums into the subcommittee idea that passd last term. I would then plan on giving weekly (or more frequent) updates to the Canadian public of the affairs of both COngress and Cabinet.
11:17 Chamrajnagar As for the Economy, the first step is a complete analysis of every market to determine exactly what is required to make that market long-term, sustainable, and stable. After that is a foreign market analysis to determine how to keep our products competitive on the global scene. I plan on opening a mirror ministry to the MoI that operates strictly in foreign countries in order to stockpile supplies in case of future
11:17 Chamrajnagar and deal in loans, investments, but most importantly MM regulation
11:17 Chamrajnagar This should help prevent the economic sabatoge that PEACE used on our markets as they attacked us.
11:17 marcchelala Will you continue the weekly CAD Printing?
11:18 Chamrajnagar I will indeed continue the CAD printing, and may perhaps increase it, as the CAD has started to rise once again.
11:18 marcchelala By increasing it, don't you fear an inflation?
11:19 Chamrajnagar I do not. The increase wont be by that much...and we would have the Bank of Canada to regulate the value of the CAD anyways.
11:20 Chamrajnagar That is about as brief as I can make my platform.
11:20 marcchelala As for this Bank of Canada, we saw in your Cabinet Proposal a new Ministerial Seat, the Governor of Bank of Canada, can you explain to the citizens what it is exactly?
11:22 Chamrajnagar The Governor basically runs the Bank, with input from the President, MoF, and MoR on what our short, medium and long-term goals are with the CAD, and decides based on that how best to regulate the MM, and how many loans to give out and investments to take in.
11:22 marcchelala So you're starting a loaning plan
11:26 marcchelala Alright, I have a few more questions, then we're done
11:32 marcchelala Address yourself to the citizens of eCanada and briefly tell them why they should vote for you today in the Presidential Elections
11:35 Chamrajnagar Hi Canada! If you want a smart, objective, economic-centric leader, then vote for me. My cabinet is made up of people from all over Canada who I believe will be the absolute best at their job. I'm a leader for you Canada 😉
11:35 marcchelala ok now final question:
11:36 marcchelala Shout the first thing that comes by your mind! 😛
11:36 Chamrajnagar CHAM WOW!
11:36 Chamrajnagar lol, I've been saying it so much, that whenever I think of shouting, I think of that now 😛
11:37 marcchelala Alright thank you Chamrajnagar for taking the time to answering to these questions, and good luck for today!
11:37 Chamrajnagar THank you very much marc, I look forward to your continued coverage on the election once I wake up 😛
11:37 Chamrajnagar For now though, I think I'm off 😛
11:37 Chamrajnagar ooo, another tie 😛
11:38 Chamrajnagar WD pulls ahead for the first time since i voted 😮"

EDIT:QNBC also got the honor and pleasure to interview the exiting President Jacobi: / Le QNBC a aussi eu l'honneur et le plaisir d'interviewer le President sortant Jacobi Traduction pas encore disponible:

"12:19 marcchelala any comments?
12:20 Jacobi This is probably the most irritating day of my erep life?
12:21 marcchelala is it?
12:21 Jacobi it is
12:21 marcchelala would you care for 2-3 questions?
12:21 Jacobi go ahead
12:21 marcchelala Jacobi, what does it feel like to get off the Presidential Chair after 4 months of monopolizing it?
12:23 Jacobi Pretty terrible. As I predicted to many people, watching the election today makes me wish I had continued for a fifth term. A very bittersweet day to me, because I know the country is primed for an excellent month ahead. We have great financial state, we're in good condition for wars, and we are ready to take our country back.
12:24 marcchelala Why did you decide to retire? Why didn't you run for a 5th term (nearly a whole semester😛)
12:25 Jacobi It seemed like people wanted it more than me....I think a lot of people have a desire to prove that they can do a good job at the top, and as you said, I was monopolizing it. As well, my primary reason for getting into the Presidency was to avoid the tragedies in my real life. I think its time I ought to deal with that now.
12:26 marcchelala What do you think was your greatest success during your administration?
12:27 Jacobi I think, as it has been put to me, that we've raised the standard when it comes to what Canadians expect from their government. The bar is higher now from what my team and I have done in a multitude of areas...and I think that's going to lead to a lot more success for Canada in the future.
12:28 marcchelala Do you think you have failed somewhere?
12:28 Jacobi I have many regrets
12:29 marcchelala Like what?
12:29 Jacobi I regret not pushing sooner for the reorganization you did for the CAF
12:29 Jacobi I regret how I made many people guilty by association when it came to the partisan side of my job
12:30 Jacobi I regret not being more patient with congress in these last two terms
12:30 Jacobi I won't call them failures...because I don't think we've failed. But I do think that I unnecessarily rubbed some people the wrong way because I was getting tired. Perhaps a good reason for a break.
12:31 marcchelala Alright, if there was something that you did while being President of Canada that you could change, what would it be?
12:32 Jacobi A lot of the individual responses that popped into my head were either silly or emotional 😛
12:32 Jacobi so let me think 😃
12:33 Jacobi I think I would have, in hindsight, prosecuted the war differently
12:33 Jacobi I'm not saying that we could have saved Canada, because I don't think we could have in hindsight. I am saying that we might have improved coordination a lot better in the beginning, so that Canada's eventual reappearance would have been quicker.
12:34 Jacobi done
12:35 marcchelala Is there anything that you would like to say to the members of your administration?
12:35 marcchelala And to the eCanadian Citizens?
12:37 Jacobi Beyond read my Farewell Address?
12:37 marcchelala Yes, something brief, in 2-3 sentences
12:38 Jacobi I'd say that the one thing I'd want to say is that Canada is a great country.....we have the potential here to be top 5, certainly top 10. I think we can do it, as long as we have good leadership who take us in the right directions.
12:38 Jacobi And thank you 🙂
12:38 Jacobi done
12:38 marcchelala What advice would you give to your successor?
12:41 Jacobi Listen to the allies, especially shoot. Keep it simple.....complicated programs rarely work in a government built of volunteers...the simpler you have your processes set up, the less that will go wrong. And above all, remember that it's not real life....it's a game. There will be stress, there will be tempers and there will be lunacy. Keep your cool,
12:41 Jacobi and remember its a game.
12:41 Jacobi done
12:42 marcchelala Final question: Shout the first word that comes by your mind
12:43 Jacobi kitten!
12:43 Jacobi 🙂
12:43 marcchelala Alright, thank you Jacobi for accepting this interview with us.
12:44 Jacobi my pleasure
