After a successful coup, we've taken New York from the sticky hands of the invader. And now we're already moving on to Maine? Are we just going to repeat the same mistakes that led to the loss of Texas? The same mistake that cost an enormous amount of materials and money, not to mention morale?

We MUST hold New York at all costs. Having a territory under our control boosts morale like you wouldn't believe.
NO resistance wars. Not yet. Wait at least another 1 or 2 days.. let the Poles find out just how tough we are. Then, one territory every 2-3 days, we expand. Slowly, slowly. Wars are never won in a day, but many have been lost in such a short time.

I realize our leaders have a lot of tough decisions and are overloaded with work. They're doing a great job, even if mistakes have been made. Nobody is perfect, not even President Proteus. (Though, there are rumors that Paul Proteus was never born, he just suddenly "existed" one day. These same rumors state that he is 12 feet tall, enormously strong and has 10 times the brainpower of Einstein and Newton combined.)

In the end, whether we win or lose, what matters is that we stick together, we fight together.. and, yes, even die together, if that is what it takes.

Yes, I'm immature. And no, I don't regret it for a second :3

That being said, thinking in what you call a "clean" mindset, losing NY would be fine. See, they'll hit us when we sleep. CoT has awful Euro damage. Them using their limited resources to defend NY...not really worth it. I'd rather lose NY, then start another RW strike against the Poles. No moving costs needed.

Trying to hold a continental US territory is insanely stupid at the moment. Our best options are outside our boarders, not inside. Do your part, move where your MU tells you to, and hit TWO where it hurts. Destroy their supply lines, cripple their smaller countries, and cause mayhem to their economies. That is how you will help the war.
