Bringing this back lads

Hi all,

In the light of democracy being returned, I thought I might write a little article on my return to epolitics. Today I’m running for congress for the first time in about 2ish years, really because I’d like to try and get back into the game a bit. I do, indeed, miss the old days of sitting on plug.dj with Frix and Danny, and having violent, passionate debates on important issues such as whether taxes on weapons imports should be moved up from 2% to 3%. Also, my friends are at Reading, but I couldn’t afford to go so I need something to occupy myself with.
So, I hope that, if elected into congress, I can propose and sponsor sensible policies whilst having a cheeky laff with all my lovely efriends at times too.

A Very Quick Look at the Congress Lists

At first glance, the congress lineups of Pirate Cats and UKRP jump out to me. Saturated with big lads like Wook, Wayne, PN and Mad Pauly, Pirate Cats present a very strong lineup to congress. Meanwhile, us at UKRP field some top old school lads and lasses such as Apples, TheDark, Certacito and Madelina, whilst WRP seem to present the next best thing, with guys like Huey and Karacticus. I am, however, obliged to encourage you to fulfill the prophesied return of the legendary UKRP night vote, and go for UKRP.

If I continue some level of activity, I think it would be really good fun to start some conversation about subjects like films (Christopher Robin made me cry more than any film I can remember), literature and history. I'd also like to do something to do with the fabled Adventures of Gali the Viking, mainly so that I have an excuse to reuse Horice's lovely banner. Would be really fun to do another fantasy league for the rugby world cup next year as well, you lot missed a treat this summer with the footy.
