Right. Alas, I saw it too late. Now, after having checked myself, I can confirm that this organization is not the true Central Bank of Thailand. It is a fake named "CentraI Bank of ThaiIand" with capital "i" instead of "l", and Loouman is a thief. Let's put him to court and sentence him to e-death. BTW, has anyone reported him to the admins yet?

Unfortunately, reporting him will not do any good. Admin has decided that creating a fake org with a similar name and proposing a donation to it is no longer a crime if the Congress members vote for it. Plus, while Loouman did propose the law, the org appears to be owned by another player.

Yes they did last summer when it happened. Shortly after was when they decided to stop stepping in on the governments' behalf.

I have reported the law and the involved entities. The org clearly breaks the eRep Laws by "obtaining properties by use of an unjust method".

I very much doubt that Loouman would in any way benefit from this, honest mistake in my opinion, hopefully won't cost us.

For information I had a mail from one of Loouman's org's today and he says he cannot get into his account and has been hacked. Given he has moved to Spain ingame, changed his avatar and was online earlier at a time that he is usually sleeping I think we can safely say that the real Loouman isn't at fault here.

Wish him all the best getting his account sorted, he is a valued member of our community

Loouman wasn't the only target of hacking yesterday. Several citizens around the world were hacked and thousands in gold funneled to the PHOENIX orgs.
