[UPDATE]The next course of action: http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/msl-second-stop-twitter-878586/1/20

[UPDATE] Apparently, PEACE troops got scared of our Digg attempt and "buried" the article before it could become popular. In other words, nobody can see the article without having the direct link. Because of this, we're going to have to go back to the drawing board. I'd like to thank everyone who participated.

[UPDATE] At 2 hours after going live, we are now at 157 Diggs. We are now the most Dugg and most Commented article in the Gaming section that is not considered "popular". I'm not exactly sure what is required to become "popular", but if we keep it up, we should reach it any time now.

Greetings Canadians!

First, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Ekim and I am the Secretary of Citizen Affairs in the eUS. This position allows me to manage both citizen help programs as well as game recruitment in the eUS.

Because of this position, I have taken the lead in figure up and organizing ways to get a baby boom for the eUS. In some discussions with friends, I realized that in the process, I could organize with Canada to get a baby boom in both countries. After all, we are in this war together.

As a result, I began organizing with Kelly Mahoney, 1ronman, and Chamrajnagar to see how we could coordinate efforts to get a joint baby boom. Our first target: Digg.

For those of you unfamiliar with Digg, it is a website that acts like a real-life version of eRepublik’s article voting system. The more “Diggs” an article gets, the more it is seen. It is completely free, and if you aren’t already signed up, please do: http://www.digg.com/register.

Once you get your validation email, go to this link and “Digg” (AKA: Vote) up the article.

You may have noticed that I used my personal referral link as the link to eRep. This was agreed upon for two reasons. First of all, it helps to raise funds for our military effort. All of the gold from new Canadian citizens will go toward the Canadian military and all of the gold from the new American citizens will go toward the American military. Also, this will allow me to track every new citizen who joins. This will allow me to find mentors for everyone so they stick around long enough to fight.

Also, once you vote up the Digg, vote up this article, please.

Thanks,
-Ekim
