I totally share your indignation about this pityful law proposal even if I'm hunagrian. I just hope that you realize that there was some 4 hungarian congressman (the guy who proposed the donation acknowledged it publicly) who did not agree with it. This TO is was meant to be a military action not a robbery.
So I'm glad that it did not go trough, though not these guys were the first one to this kind of things.
It's a game with explicit rules and without morality. A game.
