[United Front] Update & 70 Years Later

Day 2,390, 13:51 Published in Canada Canada by CptKaydee

Hello comrades!

It is my great pleasure to share that the United Front has become the 2nd biggest party in Canada. With this we expect to continue growing with increasing support within and outside of our party. We will soon begin programs to grow ourselves as a community and establish ourselves as a dominant part of eCanadian culture.

Remember

Now besides that, today is the 70th anniversary of D-Day, and more specifically the landing of Canadian troops on Juno beach. Today we remember the turning point of a war that cost millions of soldier and civilian lives. Many Canadians were sacrificed for the victory that allows us to retain our democracy and most of all our freedom.

While writing this article I was watching a Juno Landing documentary on the History Channel (yeah that’s right, actual history on the history channel and not Pawn Stars or Swamp People). I tend to forget the many sacrifices made during that war, we as a society in Canada and abroad had to give up a lot. Not only to soldier must we pay our respects but the wives and children that stayed behind.

I hope I am able to speak for everyone here, but Thank You!
