This is the first article in Military Sciences for the University of the Philippines.

A hospital is your closest companion. Next to your weapon of course! Without a hospital it would be quite an accomplishment to attain the ideal wellness. You'd ultimately find yourself stuck with low wages and a disparaging quality of life.

The Philippines has a hospital in each of its four regions. Palawan is home to a shiny Q5; Visayas supports a Q4, while Mindanao and Luzon each have a Q1. Now that you know where the hospitals are in the Philippines, we can skip to the meat of it.

Where do hospitals come from?
There comes a time in every child’s life where they ask "the question." The simple answer is, well, wood. Workers with skill in Land produce the wood that is bought by a Construction company, which produces hospitals. The art of hospital making is a slow, passionate process. After construction is complete, it is up to a Country President to propose the purchase and Congress to approve of it.

Are there any requirements to using one?
Yes! You MUST be in the same region as the hospital. If you are in Mindanao or Luzon you won't be able to benefit from the higher quality hospitals in other regions. A moving ticket will get you there.

Besides that, there are three other requirements:
- You MUST have fought that day.
- You MUST be under 100 Wellness.
- You MUST NOT have used the hospital that day.

What's the importance of Q5, Q4, etc?
A hospital that is Q1 will only give you 10 Wellness points. This is in comparison to a hospital that is Q5, which deals an incredible 50 Wellness points. If you're at 40 Wellness, by using the Q5 hospital you've just shot up to 90 Wellness! That is the importance of hospital quality.

How do I USE the hospital?
Once you've accessed the region page, you click the button labeled HEAL. There are many ways to access this page. After fighting, if you click BACK TO BATTLEFIELD, you'll see "You can get Wellness from: Hospital" below the FIGHT button. Similarly, you can click PROFILE from MY PLACES menu and then under LOCATION click the region name.

Now that you know how a hospital works, get out there and use one! Remember to ALWAYS use the hospital after your last fight of the day. Forgetting to do so will result in being stuck at a low Wellness for the rest of the day and unable to fight properly the next day. Good luck!
