[UKRP] Undecided? Vote UKRP!

The congressional election won't last for too much longer, and I'm sure there are citizens that haven't cast their vote yet. It's important in a general sense that everyone does their bit and helps to elect the true administrative rulers of the eUK. Voter apathy denies votes to smaller parties and trivialises the democratic process. But turnout seems to be relatively high, so that's not something to be too worried about.

If you're genuinely undecided (and not only voting late because you didn't get a chance) then I'd definitely recommend voting for the UKRP. They're genuinely dedicated to ensuring a capitalist ideal, the advancement of the eUK in the international community and continued reform of the political system. If you're not a manifesto trawler, these are just some of the dreams and initiatives of our fine lads and lasses running for congress:

...the very structure and philosophy of how we in the eUK operate as both a community and a government reflecting it. Given how little of the population play an active part in the affairs of their own nation, I think it's more of a shame than anything else. It is the responsibility of elected officials and administrators to try and get as many people involved as possible.

However at the UKRP the ‘finished product’ compiles of several others ideas and all mashed together into one huge ball of awesomeness. So I conclude for this first section: UKRP is a party to join if you’re interested in debate, and want to participate.

we aim to encourage our younger members to gain a more active role in the party, nation and eWorld by actively encouraging and rewarding those who work hard, no matter how simple the task is, but we will also be supporting the two clickers by keeping them up to date with news and making sure that they get help when they need it. After all, at the end of the day this is a game and some people choose to play it simply as two clickers,
two clickers even make up the majority of the eRepublik population.

In wartimes we need people who can think ahead, we are willing to make difficult decision when needed. I'm that kind of person. I have seen and been it all in this game. I have been Minister of Work in times when the whole economy was depending on me. I have been minister of trade when Plato decided to kill the markets with introducing the bot who buy's products. And I have been member of congress in times when we were occupied and times where we had an empire.

These are just a handful of inspirational quotes detailing the uniquely positive mission the UKRP has in the eUK. We're far less set in our ways than other parties (especially TUP) and our take on such matters as citizenship and the economy are pragmatic and shaped by honest discussion and debate.

So vote UKRP! And if you're new and looking to get involved in politics, consider joining us!
