[UK GOV] ~ To Poland

Since leaving Terra, the eUK has sought to strengthen it’s relations with a Plethora of nations from across Europe and the world. One such country is of course Poland who, over the past month and to some extent beyond, have shown immense and considerable support towards the eUK.

Poland’s contribution to eRepublik cannot be understated. A nation bonded by passion, belief and the velocity to overwhelm even the mightiest of foes, the ePolish people can be proud of their contribution to her allies and (to a certain extent) her greatest foes. And for that, the eUK salutes you!

We also recognise that our nation’s relationship with Poland is not great. For a long time, we have stood against one another on opposing fields, supporting our allies in their endeavours. However, as we enter a new age, all nations have found themselves re-assessing their relations and even building new friendships. Serbia, Macedonia and Hungary themselves have found forged a strong relationship with Poland in ONE, and the strong relations bound by military battles is testimony to this. However, perceptions change (especially in the eUK), and have to the belief that we would like to further build our ties with your nation.

As such, we are willing to wait. We understand the process of affiliation will be hard and slow, but we are determined to heal old wounds. But considering how long we have been against one another, it will be clear that patience will be required before we can truly call ourselves friends. As such, we will give as much time available to your nation that you may require to fully accept us. We will wait, listen, talk and discover a diplomatic tie together, at each others own pace, so that we can ensure a lasting relationship.
