[UK CP] Cutting the Polemic

Since almost 24h, I am currently on the center of a polemics that I took GBP for my own profit.

To be clear : it is totally false and UK citizens deserve an explanation.
Only congress members can propose a donation from country account to one of our organisations (Like Bank of England).
Without Congress : it is impossible to move money from country account to another place.

And as you can see : I can't propose a donation
But, Country President can propose to built an hospital or a defense system to remove 99.000 GBP from Country account to one of our organisations.
However, bad news for us : When I tried to put on sale from the org where was the hospital. I had that kind of message (and the organisation was located in UK)
New admin « bug »: UK embargoed UK ?
Or I had the choice to do nothing : keeping the Defense system on the org or Transfer it to my own account and once I have 99000 GBP, I transfer this money to Bank of England.
The choice was fast made : Better to use these 2 X 99K for our citizens than doing nothing. And I transfered Hospital and Defense System to my own account and proposed to built them in Northern Ireland and Scotland for the max amount that I could propose.
That's why I proposed these « controversial » laws and once I had the money from the building. I bought an offer from Bank of England : 0,1RSD with exchange rate 1RSD = 990000GBP
The proof that Bank of England received 99000GBP
It has never been on my intentions to steal money from United Kingdom. Currently : it is not the case and it will never on my intentions to steal money from our beloved country.

As there is no proper check or balance on your actions, you need to be ultra transparent when you are making any law or proposal
Next time, instead of releasing articles making silly accusations, how bout you check with someone with experience and knowledge of current affairs first?
