This is a game, that is what I keep being told by some very prominent citizens; some of whom I greatly respect and to whom I owe a great deal. This is a game to which I agree, I also agree that everything that anyone achieves in this game is fraudulent, nobody dies nor do they earn a wage or pay taxes; IMO the only thing that is real and true is the honor with which we play this game and the strength with which we defend our beliefs. No one here is a Military Commander, a Business Commune Owner and most especially no one is a real Congress Member, President or for Pete's sake a Dictator; yet there are citizens playing this game who are willing to sell their Honor for a little 'in game' power and it isn't even game power it is 'metagame' power. IMO they are selling their Honor for fraudulent power in a game, so I ask; 'Who is it that doesn't understand this is only a game?'

A game being played outside eRepublik I might add, a game within a game they have virtually stolen; a game played on a outside forum 'owned' and operated by the second largest and sadly -IMO-  the most powerful in game Top 5 party.  There are citizens on the eUSA Forums who attack and belittle anyone who speaks against them, they act juvenile because they are juvenile and in fact one is even still a Boy Scout; that 'Black Hole' kinda reminds me of the Bully who wanted my lunch money back in the day.... The proponents of the 'Preventative Dictatorship' all tell America it is the mechanically sound thing to do, that it is inevitable that someone will eventually try to Civil War America; believe we have been invaded before have we not? At least twice in my feeble easily dismissible opinion America has faced a real threat, once we went down standing on our feet screaming, 'Death to the Invader!' The first time was back in the days before 'The Split' in America's glory days when our forces were pushed to a single state, Florida; pretty sure some of you 'Old Guard' warriors remember the Eugene Harlot motto, 'I attack without initiative!'

Both times America did two things, kept her honor and found the strength to claw her way back; this initiative of a protective dictatorship is the idea of dishonorable and weak Americans who claim they defend our homeland, when who the really care about is the tiny 'Power Cabal' who remain in power only if the vast majority of America continues to allow it; keep in mind that not pushing that 'Fight' button can do as much damage as clicking it and is much more effective than a vote. My opinion and I hope the opinion of the members of the Socialist Freedom Party is that the honourable thing to do is use our strength to find a way to defend America through our armed forces and the many foreign friends we have made through Wild Owl's FA, so that when a wannabe Dictator tries to invade America we hold the line standing on our feet and yelling out, 'Stand Firm, People!'

One of the few things the 'Power Cabal' got right is it takes teamwork to grow in this game, they do it very well and anyone who plays a lot of games like eRepublik know what I am saying -reminds me of 4Chan; the only way these scoundrels can be removed is if the 76+% of the American population who don't' vote begins speaking up. In the last Presidential election a mere 24% or 712 out of 3001 citizens voted, that means that well over half of Americans remained silent. WAT? Help defend America's honor, have the strength to throw an insignificant pebble into the pool and join the Socialist Freedom Party where we Stand Firm, People.

There is a Comrade in the Socialist Freedom Party with whom I have some differences, in fact she is one of the reasons I made the move to the SFP; our disagreements are so insignificant that we are virtually on the same page. Right now in America we are split between two camps which we will name Up and Down. Currently one side thinks a Dictator is necessary, the other side who disagrees is crying bullshit; yet we are all on the same page in our desire to protect America. One side claims the only way to ensure American safety is a 'Benevolent Dictatorship', anyone here believe that dmjohnston, Kemal Ergenekon, Mr Arundel or even the great Wild Owl will be caring and helping to new as well as old citizens; do you think any of them can be trusted to be 'Benevolent' or will they seek revenge ala 'Pfeiffer/Artela' -personally I think Birds of a Feather....

Now America has been told by the Unity Dictatorship -and that is what we have right now- that Wild Owl and his Foreign Affairs Team have done some wonderful things with our FA, we are a member and leader of Pacifica a 5 nation Alliance; so we should have at least some friends -right? We have one of the most powerful Private Military Units in the world, a strong leader in Wild Owl and his team of Generals; shouldn't we be able to forge Alliances with others who wish to remain free. America has one of the strongest Private Military Units in the World, yet our leaders are trembling in their boots for fear of being attacked; considering the things just mentioned seems to me the only thing we lack is CC -anybody seen our Reserve lately?

Many keep telling me that real world beliefs won't work in eRepublik, most of those citizens are Dioist; so we already know religion seems to work just fine. A citizen told me I shouldn't try to bring real world Socialism into the game, IMO I don't; I believe socialization is the only way to defeat the 'Power Cabal' and save eRepublik -hence the name Socialist Freedom Party.  Almost every Department claimed by the 'meta government' survives on private donations, not 'meta government' funding and Brother that's socialism; the only one with a budget line is the DoD and we all know what the USFA is up too. My belief is that unless America stands up, pulls her panties up, lowers her skirt and slaps these rascals across the face with a backhand; we are about to be screwed. So if you feel that our differences should pull us together rather than drive us apart then you Comrade belong in the Socialist Freedom Party.
