[Trito4PP] Administrative Changes

I am running for PP of Eire Aonair!
This next month should prove to be exciting, as many players become more active because the summer is ending. I hope that we all grow as players!

I am running in order to initiate some administrative changes to the party. Our party has grown to 40 members, and the maximum number of people in one PM thread is 30, we need some new way to allow democratic methods and communication to flourish.
I propose the:

EA COUNCIL

The EA council will be the administrative head of the party, a group of 10 party members, whose prime directive will be to listen to the opinions of party members and act upon them. 1 member will be elected (the PP), and 9 will be appointed by the PP in the following manner:

4 party officers, each with an individual task:
VP: organize the pary, write articles, communicate with members, keep everyone active!
Secretary General: Manage E-AID, deal with the external community
Councillor: Share party opinions with the current government
Spokesman: Write recruitment articles, manage recruitment.

2 Government Members who are EA members will be selected by the PP

and...

3 players chosen from the party, interested in leadership and active:
one member between levels 20-30
another between levels 31-50
another levels 51-...

In this way, the party, which is big, will be able to be both democratic and well organized!
