Well there's a lot on the plate for today so let's get right to it.

Firstly the war with our bro's

We have taken Alaska, and Minnesota, and are now enjoying the extra weapons and food thanks to them. Thank you Bro's for this!!

Wisconsen was our attack to lose to give the eUSA the initiative so that they might take Manitoba and Nova Scotia. When they attack it is important for you all to remember NOT TO FIGHT FOR eCANADA!! This is OUR gift to them so that we might both benefit from increased production.
Please, I ask everyone to shout to all your friends, not to defend Manitoba and Nova Scotia, but to move to the eUSA and fight with them to ensure that they take these "gift" regions as quickly as possible. Once this is done, peace will be proposed and we will again sign our MPP's and be back at it with our allies.

Now on to the donations put forth in congress

The one for HOPE has gone through and they are now benefiting from a new Q5 weapons company and it's increased production. Thank you to congress for seeing the good this can do for our MU's, our nation and her citizens.

Next in line was the CAF donation. This was made next priority because of the limited time frame for the half off upgrades. While congress did offer it's aproval on this, when it came time to propose this donation no members of congress were online. When I came online the next morning the proposal had still not been started in game, and the time frame to get the CAF it's Q5 would be up. I asked that the proposal be put up but with a slight modification. Instead of the 185 Gold that was agreed upon, I asked it to be half that amount. Coda, as the CAF representative was to receive the gold and buy the company, but with the offer to be expired what were we to do? She agreed to buy the company and when the donation came through it could reimburse her. I agreed and asked that the 92.5 gold be put up in to a vote in game. Why not the discussed 185 gold instead? Because there was no need to give that part out. Half was to be donation and half was to be a loan, but why loan out money if it's not needed?

This was not a 'loan' to Coda as some would have you believe, just as the Q5 for HOPE was not a handout to Jacobi, and just as the CoI one isn't for Addy lawrence. This is for our MU's. I will leave this up to you eCanada do decide if someone's spin on this is truth, or if what I'm telling you is, I believe you're all inteligent enough to know when you're being lead astray.

I am not blaming congress for not being online to propose the donation on time, so do not blame Coda for the change in plans either. I found a way to make our collective choice a reality, had I more time I would have asked congress it's opinion on the matter, but again time was short.
As CP I am asked to make choices and to lead the nation, that is all I was trying to do, blame me if you want, but all I did was make things happen that were already agreed to.


Moving on the next donation is to the CoI MU for a Q5 weapon raw material factory. Following that will be a donation to TCO for 4 Q5 weapons factories. By helping our MU's to better self supply we are making our nation stronger.
