Please note the recruiting duty that this SO should comply with. It should watch out for human resources, as for promoting skill rised workers.

Q1-Q3 of other goods - Perhaps a high-productivity low-quality company, like moving tickets at PSP, could be useful for Q1 food, gifts, or weapons.


Notice that low active workers should be demoted from PSP companies to lower ones, to avoid losing productivity where it is more needed. Once they had proved their will of complying with their duties (working daily for a week, i. e.) they could be promoted again.

Production should be focused to maximize PSP goods productivity, training workers at Q1 companies to maximize the number of low quality/backup goods.
For example, only Q4 weapons are worth at last, so lets maximize their production, and meanwhile lets have a huge Q1 stock in case of emergency, better than having nearly the same Q4 but only a few Q3, Q2, and Q1, beign in danger of running out of any weapon at all. (Remember that fighting without weapon reduces soldier power to 50😵.

General Managers could be distributed among SO's with different duties, as recruiting, promoting and demoting workers, setting stock for sale, or even managing specific companies. The key is that no one national company may get abandonned for any reason by his GM without another one being able of running it instead.

Finally, it would very useful to fix an orientative number of workers for each company, depending on quality/productivity and demand, so not to suffer shortage of workers and production of one good while another one is overproduced, as happens nowadays with [a url=http://www.erepublik.com/market-gifts-0-57-0-.html]Gifts[/a]. That would help recruiters to focus their job offers to the domains more needed of new workers.
