Dear citizens of The United Netherlands,

Many times have I thought about quitting our party, The Internationalists, many times our end seemed near. Our future may still look grim, but less grim than it once was, reason for me to stay in TI and help it get in congress next month.

Yes, my last and final goal will be getting TI in congress. It will be a hard task, but it is not impossible. We currently have 13 members. To get in the top 5 we need at least 39 members, that means we need an increase of 23 members. We are mostly ignored by the other parties, but even now we have some influence to spread our program (in short):

*Bilingualism, English as main language, Dutch secondary.
*Promote our country to foreigner, to get a secondary source of population increase, besides new citizens joining eRepublik.
*Establish greater foreign relations & cooperation.
*Maintain our good position in a military alliance, look for possibilities to wage war, which is so very important for our economy.
*Review and analyze our current government system and constitution, as it’s clear that those need some serious work.
*Increase our activity by getting people on the forums and the IRC channels.
