eRepublik is an online simulation created in November of 2007 as an alternate reality.

There is no history in this game, believe it or not.

Any and all history, customs and conventions that exist in this game have come from what our founding players decided we want to include in November 2007.

They may be for the most part what real life Canada has, and due to game mechanics and the ability to start from scratch, they provide an alternate history based on other systems.

There is no such thing as separatism. There is no Bouchard or Tremblay.

There have been no referendums, protests or debates about this.

Quebec has been a part of our nation just like the other twelve regions since November 2007.

There was no Confederation.

There was simply a birth from Code.

There has been no mixed settlement of nationalities.

As far as I'm concerned, Ontario speaks Russian. Quebec is Chinese and PEI is fully bilingual in English and Dutch.

Whatever the fu*k you bring in from real life ends the minute you type "erepublik.com" into your browser.

Therefore, I will remind all one more time:

If you believe that French is a language to be cherished, that is fine. So is English.
And so is Russian. And so is Arabic.

Whatever the players make our nation, is what it is.

There is no real life history or sentiments involved so leave them at the door and avoid pointless conflict.

If your fantasies and fetishes of a real life country of Quebec can't come true then don't bother bringing them into here since you have as much validity as Yukon into separating and becoming a Theocratic Empire.

As Justice of the Supreme Court, I will mercilessly throw out any and all mentions of separatism, language terrorism or whatever is brought up, this goes for everyone.

As far as the Union Nationale is concerned, I have absolutely zero qualms with a party promoting French language, just like I would not mind any other language based party promoting other languages in this nation.

What we don't need is separatism based on real world problems.

This is not the real world.

Repeat it over and over and over until you understand.

Easiest way to remember?

We have a "President", in a "Republic", with a "Congress".

Cheers,
