- It's time to start up the eUS Lottery again. This time I'll actually have a full week to collect tickets so be ready for a much larger pot! I'm also going to go over my housing program for those that don't know what it is.

- The eUS Lottery -

- Like I said, it's time to start buying your tickets again, because it's a new week! We'll have most of the same rules as before, but I wanted to change one thing... the number of winners is going to depend on the size of the pot. If the pot is 50 Gold or less, there will be a single winner and that winner will receive 90% of the pot. If the pot is between 51 Gold and 150 Gold, there will be two winners each receiving 45% of the pot. If there is more than 150 Gold in the pot, there will be three winners each receiving 30% of the pot. So here are the rest of this week's lottery rules...

- The Rules -

- A single ticket costs 1 Gold
- There is no maximum amount of tickets per account
- Only citizens may enter this lottery, no organizations!
- Along with your ticket purchase, please include a PM just for safety reasons
- I will PM you your lotto number(s) once I have received your Gold donation
- The lotto winners will be announced every Saturday between 12:00 and 24:00 eRep time and start back up that Sunday
- All donations are to be made to NoneSuch Industries, not this account! But please send your confirmation PM to my personal account, please.

- Deciding The Winners -

- Every Saturday, once all tickets have been bought, I will use Random.org to pick the winners! I will then publish a new article with the winning numbers!

- Payouts -

- Remember, I changed this part. If the pot is 50 Gold or less, one person will receive 90%. If the pot is between 51 and 150, there will be two winners each receiving 45%. If there is more than 150 Gold, there will be 3 winners and each will receive 30%.

- I still keep 5% for my Housing Program and the other 5% goes straight into advertising for the lotto!

- Don't trust me? Let me tell you how this works. All the Gold is sent to my org, correct? There is absolutely no money in my org other than lotto funds. (That's a good way to find out what the current pot is by the way.) You can then check the donations list to find out where the lotto funds are going. If something looks iffy, call me on it, please.

- NoneSuch's Housing Program -

- So for those of you that don't know, I rent out houses to people. For the past week or so I've been seriously reconsidering a lot of things about this program. Things ranging from who to rent to and how much to charge. Well I think I've finally got it right!

- The Basics -

- Let's say you want to rent a Q1 house... You fill out the form found at this link: http://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?hl=en&formkey=dFlkQWpYcDFWOHo3d25VRGp6NEE1dGc6MA.. , I contact you, and that's it!

- The Rates -

- Q1 - $1.00/day
- Q2 - $2.50/day
- Q3 - $4.50/day
- Q4 - $7.00/day
- Q5 - $10.00/day

- I've made sure that the Q1 and Q2 rates are actually cheaper than buying the exact same quality of food! I've left the Q3, Q4, and Q5 rates just above the same quality of food for a number of reasons, but mainly just because they're just so damn expensive to purchase.

- The Contract -

- I do have a contract, but to be honest, I'd rather not use it. So please, if you want to rent a house, find a person that can vouch for you first. I'm trying to provide a service to the eAmerican people and it just crushes me when I have houses stolen. If you can't find a reliable enough reference, then I'm afraid you will have to sign the contract. It's no big deal, just a lot of legal blah blah.
