1. eHungary will keep and rent the following regions: Northern Thailand, Central Thailand and Southern Thailand.

2. The agreement is valid from 2017.06.15 and about the extension of this deal every next governments need to talk each other.

3. As long as the agreement is valid, the contenders have to help each other in resetting
the determination-bonus (region-cooling). When eHungary wants to cool the regions,
eThailand has to declare NE on eHungary. When the cooling is done, both congresses have to accept a “No NE” proposal.

4. The contenders can’t
-support RW’s against each other
-attack each other
-organise campagins against each other.

5. As rental fee eHungary has to donate 60.000 cc monthly to the National Bank of Thailand
until each month´s 5th. The donations have to be documented by screenshots.
