Welcome to my 2nd manifesto, Domestics and Economics. My introductory manifesto can be found here. Special mention to TUP, UKRP, ESO and PCP for backing me so far in the upcoming election, a very rare sight indeed. On a final note I am still taking Cabinet Applications should you want to apply for any of the ministries listed at the bottom of this article.


Ministry of Home Affairs:

Recruitment will be reintroduced into the MoHA department on a small scale system. This has worked well in past terms with us receiving as much as a increase of 300 people in a single to our population and around a increase of 500-600 people overall with the last scheme. Twitter will be reimplemented to help and the Royal Podcast is also a helping hand already on that front.



A ‘Food Bank’ will be introduced for players under a certain age or strength requirement. This strategy will see older and more established members of the community donate any excess food they may have. This food will then be passed on to the newer players, mainly in the form of the daily strikes, where food will compliment the weapons already being given out. This helps keep our expenditure down as we lack a congress for donations and help increase our damage output at the same time.

MoHA Announcements. For those of us on the UK forums we see a CP announcement nearly every day. This new scheme will publish the highlights of the last 3 days of announcements in the MoHA paper. This provides a alternative method for news to reach newer players or those not on the forums understand the day-to-day movements of the government and country.


Economics:



The Iron and Oil grants which allowed new players to buy said companies for a much cheaper price will stay in circulation. This mainly benefits the newer player but can also help most citizens, regardless of age and help you claim up to 2,500 GPB. The Town Hall scheme will be brought back into place this month as well. It currently helps all citizens to upgrade their companies through financial aid. This helps the individual gain more health which results in a faster ranking up for him or her and helps the UK by receiving more damage in battles along with training its citizens.

All other schemes the MoF has run the past couple of months will be continued to be cancelled until such a time that we can regain a congress again so we may have donations to bulk up our accounts.


MoLA: There will still be a minister but the role will be more of a advisory capacity to keep in-check with any legislation and to prepare any legislative matters in time for a possible congress on the 25th.
