Dear Swiss citizens,

I am writing to you, today, to notify you that the French question has been resolved.

Our 2 governments had a meeting and we have resolved all bad influences.

Firstly, AlexMCS182, the French CP, will be relieved of all charges against him regarding the Kidnapping case of Hitoyoshi. The Swiss and the International Court will cease to pursuit him, or his fur.

Secondly, I would like to apologize to France about some mistakes made in the past. Whats done its done, and it cannot be changed.
If we want to strive for the future, we need to live in the present.
