[Swiss-CP] Swiss Revolution

Good morning eSwitzerland,

As you may have noticed in the latest updates, the following changes are going to be applied to Dictatorships :

In order for the dictator to remain in power, a daily currency fee will be automatically deducted from the Country’s Treasury. If the payment can not be done, Democracy will be reinstated automatically and Dictatorship will be removed without any liberation war. The amount of money needed for the Daily Dictatorship Upkeep will be 50% of a Country’s Income, with a minimum value of 25 Gold at Monetary Market Exchange Rate.

The Upkeep will be in effect starting 31st of March 2017 (Day 3,419), thus giving all countries time to set their political affairs in order.

This new Upkeep fee is making it impossible to maintain a protective Dictator in Switzerland, but is also protecting us from hostile coups as they wouldn't be worth the money spent on it.

This is why we started a Revolution in Switzerland this night. Swiss citizens in Swiss military units will be able to get easy battle hero medals throughout the day.

Furthermore, congress members will have a role again in Switzerland starting tomorrow, which is a great opportunity to stimulate activity but can also be a source of conflicts if the congress members start doing their job not seriously.

I'd like to inform foreign citizens that all Swiss Military units have been closed to access. It is hence useless to try to come and take the battle hero medals on either side.
